Why do you want this character/how will you use it?: I will probably role-play with her if Kartheans have a rp thread!
Character Name: Indigo Borealis {Goes by Indi}
Art/Story: Indi was walking down the street one day when she came across a fair. Balloons hung everywhere, cotton candy and funnel cakes stands were being set up… there was just one problem. It was not very busy. Indi frowned and pitied the workers. So she left to go to a printing store.

At the store, Indi made banners and letters to put everywhere. They said 'Street Fair! Come now and enjoy our cheap games and warm food!'. She was very pround. Staying anonymous, Indi sent the letters and hung the banners. At the end of the week, the fair had over 300 people! MOre random acts of kindness were anonymously done ever since then.
