My very last custom; a lovely boy ^^
His blue jewel gives him manipulation of the waters; however, his shattered tail jewel, blackened from the horrible accident, messes up his powers when he tries to use them, turning a gentle ripple into a deathly tidal wave. The fragments of his tail jewel float where they originally were, as if held together by some unseen force.
He has no name yet; suggestions are welcome <3
