Why is he/she blind?
She was actually born blind (I know, but I has an idea). She doesn't actually consider herself completely blind. This blindness makes her other senses stronger. It took awhile to use these skills but she eventually got the hang of it. She can now glide without bumping into stuff, tell what time it is, walk around confidently. Most LWs respect her now, because of her never giving up.

~Why is he/she blind?~
A long time ago there was a terrible fire in his hometown. The fire fighters couldn't contain it and it continued consume more and more buildings. Being the kind-hearted and brave Lershwitz that he is, he entered one of the burning structures in search of someone in need. Not long after, he discovered a young child trapped, surrounded by fierce flames. He quickly rose up over the flames to rescue the child, but burnt his wing. Pushing aside the pain, he lifted the child onto his back and exited through the nearest window, but not before his burnt wing faltered and he crashed into a wall of ash and curtain of smoke. With eyes stinging he managed to get the young child to safety where her parents were waiting. He passed out and was taken to be cared for. He awoke to a healed wing and utter blindness. That day he saved a life, but had to sacrifice his vision to do so.

Why is he/she blind?
"It is something I am not very proud of and I do not like to talk about but if I have to I will. I wish I could tell you I was blinded by a vicous battle and I survived but lost my sight, or that the great gods gave me the gift of dream walking and commingling with spirits but that is not the reason either. In fact I lost my family when I lost my vision, and what more fun the world is black. Anyway when i was younger there was a huge fire forest and the everyone was gaging for so much smoke was in the air. As my family evacuated along with everyone else a flamming tree fell seperating me from the family. As the tree fell sparks and embers flew into the air into my face, burning my eyes. I called out for help and another tree fell and that drove away my family and I havent seen them since...
