A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewls on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mamals such as birds, squirels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to atract females.

Akinyi is a very calm, soothing JMD. She loves to tell stories to younger Jewel Mane Dragons and likes speaking of her home, the Sahara savanna. Akinyi speaks African most of the time but is fluent in English as well. She would not be one to dress up for balls and galas, but she likes to look beautiful in her own way. Listening to music is her second hobby. She often listens to African music. Akinyi is comforting when it comes to heartbreaks and tragedies, but she herself isn't broken or saddened easily. She believes life is a long, bumpy road, and she knows for sure at the end of the road is a gorgeous, melodic paradise. Akinyi is the one you'd go to if you feel sad or are just down. She knows how to cheer people up with her shimmering looks and peaceful grin.

History:

Akinyi was born in the Sahara savanna. She has always grown to love her home but moved to where she is now for perhaps a better life and more JMDs and people to interact with.

Why do you want her?

Akinyi would be really special to me. She's just like my great grandmother who passed away, and would also be my first JMD. To achieve her would be a really great honor. Personality: Liss is a quiet, sweet girl who likes to play and sleep in meadows of flowers. It is not surprising, really, since her design is very flowery. She is gentle and graceful, kind and peaceful, and a little bit shy. She is also very emotional. She often will lay in a field of flowers and stare at the clouds, trying to find flower-shaped ones. Once she saw one that looked like a rose - that one was very memorable because it was nearing sunset and the clouds, including the rose-cloud, were all pink, so it looked very much like a real rose.
