-attributed to anomalous behavior has been in fact, discovered in a recent report to be connected to actions involving the Red Mask member. Entire branches have been utterly removed for yet unknown purposes. Upon testing these areas have been shown to have unique makeups, yet never seen before. Almost like a mutation. Every single apprentice this Mask has taken on was from a mutated area, possbily being in connection to the unusual behavior they all seem to have shown after a certain period of time-

[Wait, you mean the crazies? The ones in the quarantine hall that practically throw themselves at walls when you walk by? All the hissing and the foam at the mouth, and the having to be strapped down to chairs... you know, I always thought those kids were snobs too. I mean, there was this one kid, a while back, and he was all new and looking awkward and stuff out in the main hall, just kinda chillin' there by himself, so I thought I'd be all friendly and go say hi to him. And So I was like 'hey there, how's it goin' you look new, my name's Rekkie', and I held out my hand. You know what he did? He just looked at it and said something like 'Don't you talk to me' I know right? RUDE! They won't even look at you or anything. Few weeks later, I see him being dragged off to the quarantine halls. That master ain't right. He needs to pick better kids. And you know when-

-apprentice is the main subject in the Mask's disappearance after being sent to detain him. The same apprentice is currently connected to the destruction of a spiral gate engine-

No way. A gate engine? No, dude. Really? I thought you said a while back that you couldn't break one of them?

-is currently being untraceable. The Lady has connected much of the unusual behavior to something referred to as a 'Red Terror'. Many of the former apprentices have also shown similar behaviors to this so called 'red terror'. Which brings us to the main point of the meeting... All Masks are henceforth re-purposed to finding and detaining the rogue apprentice as their top priority. Non-Masks are to take the necessary jobs left in wake of the re-purpose. Be wary, the rogue is reported to be deadly. The lady orders him retrieved ALIVE for undisclosed reasons. Files regarding necessary information on the Rogue have been sent out to all masks. Dissmissed.

No way! Master, can you believe that! One of those weird little kids. A rogue. And we're gonna go out and catch him. I bet I'm gonna go out there and BAM straight in the legs with my chain and he's OUT. Yeah, they won't see it coming and-

Look, Rekkie. I don't even know half of what he did. And the bits I do know are mostly rumors. Everyone knows he was up to something, and the Lady let him get away with it. Now it seems he's been messing with a lot more than we thought he was, and it backfired on him. That kid is most likely not right in the head, and needs to be brought back in to keep him from hurting himself or anyone else. It's a great learning experience to SEE the gate engine, and SEE another place, and preform recon, but the fighting is something you're all staying out of. You get that? Vevianne, promise me you'll keep a close eye when we go?
Oh you bet. I won't let him do ANYTHING.
Kev, you too. A nod? Ok. I'll trust you on that. For now, I want you all to go up to the dorm and pick up several of my files. We're not going to be leaving for a couple of weeks while the broken engine mess is sorted out, but this is still VERY important to start becoming pro-active.

Amazing as usual The new characters look awesome. It's kinda hard to read when the teal one (Rekkie, right?) speaks, though. Kinda hurts the eyes.

Interesting. I think I'm quite fond of Rekkie, he reminds me of Kyle. Anyhow, at what point in time is this occurring? Like is Zane and the gang already in highschool or is this right after Zane almost killed the Master?

No, they are not all terrors.
Terrors will always be red.
These guys are just normal, but definitely cutter apprentices.
The Master [Red Mask] was the only one who took on red terrors, and he only chose red terrors.
Most cutters don't even know what a red terror is, and simply go about their business as it should be.

The time period is right around when the Master died, within the range of a few days to a week.
