A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewels on their foreheads and tails. They eat mostly small mammals such as birds, squirrels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to attract females.

Hobby: Ciara absolutely adores painting. She loves art, but painting is her favorite. She loves the way the brush strokes look so fluent and free. Like rays of light. She also like sketching. Basket weaving. Yep, basket weaving. Kalani has been basket weaving ever since she could get her nimble paws to do what she wanted them to do. She makes beautiful, elaborate designs from the most simplest of materials. Basket weaving just comes naturally to her. Her habit of basket weaving started after she visited a shop with her family, and where she first observed a JMD going about weaving a beautiful basket. She was fascinated, awe-struck by the work that this JMD created with such ease. She started teaching herself, building up little-by-little, until she got to where she is today. Now she weaves baskets for family members, friends, and to sell in her shop.
