I have been trying for quite a while to get a rune, and this would make a WONDERFUL first rune! I mean, who wouldn't want such a beautiful creature?

Why I wish to have Her
Well what drew me to this little girl was four little legs, she looks a lot like a winged mouse, witch I think is the cutest thing on the planet. I love the coloring she is, she reminds me of a pale sunrise and a dusty twilight all mixed in one witch was matches her working hours to keep care of her lovely fruit trees.

To tell the truth I out of all the runes I have tried for I am glade I have not won any of them. I can honestly say that I never taught I would see a rune that I would want to try so hard to win so I can cherish them like I do with this one. I have only ever had the determination and drive like this with Shadow and hope that I will have the honor and pleasure to own this little cute.

I am also a peach and fruit fan and just seeing this rune makes me want to believe that she was made for me so I pledge that I will try my best to earn her as my own. Peaches are such a sweet and yummy fruit and I eat them all the time as well. This little rune brings back great memories of visiting my grandmothers house and eating plums and peaches off her trees. I have always been a fruit fan sense I was little and this little girl is just pulling on my hear strings. I know she will be hard to get considering that so many awesome people are entering. I will not sleep until I have made a forum that is worthy of her!

Sweet
Little Caroline is as sweet as the fruit she watches
and tends for in the gardens and the forest. Though
she insists no keep the fruit that falls early before
the harvest for her own delights, when harvest
comes around she tends to have a mini feast of a
variety of fruit for the other runes to celebrate
the successful harvest. She is a very giving rune
and loves to give little presents of dried fruits
and jams that are made from her bounty of sweets.
Playful
Ms. Caroline loves to play and jump from tree to
tree in the warm summer months. She loves to play
hide and seek high up in the leaves and tag with her
older sister Lemonaid. Her and Lemonaid is rater
closer and they both love making lemonade and
sweet teas together with Caroline's Fruit. They
Are always playing with each other and up to no
good when I don't have my eye on them.
Curious
Caroline is live ever little new born hatching,
She want to explore the world she lives in
and is always curious on how a flower become
something so sweet and yummy. She also tend
to like to smell things, such as candles and
scented markers just because they smell good.
But every once in a while she will find a smell
she doesn't like and will make a face and no
longer want anything to do with it.
Inquisitive
She also likes to spy on other runes that are
near her trees and listen in on their conversation.
From high above its all to easy for her to spy and
get the scoop on whats going on. If there is some
thing that really interesting she will pry at others
to get more information on it if need be.
Energetic
Caroline is always on the move and needs
the energy to keep up with all her lovely trees.
She is always moving and fidgeting when she is
trying to sit still and cant stand herself
if she isn't on the move. She is always up for
playing with her sister
or to dance and just have fun.
Proud
Caroline takes great care and pride in her hard work and
loves the fruit of her labor. She will show off and brag to
the other runes about her fruit and how yummy it is.
She is always wanting to enter her fruit in fairs and
Show all of Eldemore how awesome her talents really are.
Hard Worker
Though Caroline love to have fun and mess around she is
a very hard worker and will take her time making sure
that no evil bugs are getting to her precious fruit. She always
makes sure that her trees are getting watered and that the
fruit is safe and not getting bruised or eaten but the little
devils.

I will keep this lovely little girl in my sig and in my Cottage with the other runes, The web site is in my sig under My rune dragons if you would like to take a love at all my runes. I will also make tunes of art and keep her safe from the boogie mans! XD

I would like to announce that I will not be breeding her in the future. I will like to keep her this size for ever more and keep her as the cute little baby she is. She is Just to Cute as she is and perfect in every way. Also I don't want any other runes that look like her running around, She is just to special.

Any Quirks:
Forgets to do things
Caroline will be on her way to do something such as if I
tell her to go find me a good peach from one of her trees to use
in a pie she will go off on her mission and half way there she will
forget what she was asked to do and go on
her marry way.

Afraid of Cats
Caroline is terrified of cats and even at the
mention of a cat near by will cause her to be jumpy and
nervous. If she catches sight of the cat though she will
panic and try to find a good place to hide. Only her
fruit of fresh jam seems to calm her down enough
to relax.


Sleeping in uncooked pies
Because Caroline loves to roll around and play with her fruit
she loves to tuck away under the top crust as a blanket and
lay on the cut up fruit. She seems to also love the smell of
the spices I use to mix with the fruit and that normally calls
her and causes her to fall asleep easy.

Sisterly Love

Caroline jumped from branch to brach in her peach tree. She was laughing and spinning around each branch she grabbed onto as she looked back at her sister whom flew by her side. Lemonaid made sure she kept up with her silly sister and chirped at her as they came to the end of the tree. Caroline stopped at the tip of the branch and looked at the lemon tree that was across the way. She wagged her tail and started to bob her head and shack the tree branch. She let the branch shake and with its power she launched her self into the air and spread her wing and glided along in the air till she landed on the branch that belonged to the lemon tree. She giggled and so did her sister as Caroline lifted her wings and shook her fluff.

The warm summer day was soon getting to the two and with that Caroline looked all around the lemon tree. She manage to find a couple good sized lemons and with that she climbed down the tree and and started to round up the three lemons that where resting on the ground. With her front paws she rolled each one and started to work the juices. She then looked up at her sister and smiled at her sister. Lemoniad who was still flying nodded and went though the open window into the cottage. She sat on a good side pitcher and shook her head and squawked once or twice in hopes to get Soul or Ra's attention and flapped her wings. Soul soon came into the kitchen and laughed. "What do you want Lemonaid?" She asked and walked up to the tropic rune and petted her. Lemonaid nipped at the pitcher that she sat on and then flew to the far full of sugar. Soul laughed again and picked up the pitcher and walked over to the sugar jar and started to put sugar into the pitcher for her.

Perske, Orchardist who Needs to Fly.

Tales tell of a sweet little rune. She lives in the leaves of the old peach trees quietly pruning and caring for them and in turn dining from their sweet fruits in the spring.

Name:
Her name is Perske (pur-skeh). It means 'peach' in Africaans.
When I first encountered this little rune I couldn't keep calling her rune or it. So we set to work finding her a name. Lots of of other names she would ignore and coninue to climb around in her little peach tree. When I called her Perske, she poked her head out of the leaves and made joyful chirping sounds. So, Perske her name became.



Personality:

Perske is a very shy little rune. She seeks shelter in the peach trees to avoid people or runes spotting her. She longs to be social, to have friends but she is afraid. She is afraid they'll judge her, make fun of her and shun her. She figures its best not to find out if they would or not. Rarely she will expose herself to the odd human ir rune for she grows lonely. The right person, with losts of patience and peaches could draw her down. Maybe even she'd accept a bearer one day.

So kindly. So careful. So… innocent. She doesn't deserve a life of solitude. She will throw peaches to hungry travellers walking by and help guide their way by rustling the tree leaves. She is a good friend, always making you smile if she had the chance. Even though she is quiet and reserved around others, on her own she's a different rune. She is always happy and smiling. Joy just emits from her constantly. She will dance and sing, play in the snows or grasses.

Underneath she is a creative fun loving spirit. She paints and dances, sings and acts. Chirrping to herself and playing is such a joyfull little seen. She has real talent if she believed in herself more. She could be capable of great feats if she belived she could.

She longs for a bearer in which she can entrust herself. The wild is no place for her in the cold, wet and rain. Everyday she spends hoping that perfect human will come by so she won't have to worry or fend for herself anymore. So she can have the proper life she wants with food and everything a little rune could dream of.



Quirks:
Perske is has a few strange little quirks.

• Perske is afraid to fly.
When she was younger, very young in fact she saw an adult rune flying, then a treebranch hit the rune. It tumbled to the ground and did not move. Perske is just to scared to fly properly but she'll hover just over the ground at times like when it's very cold on her feet.

• instead of 2 legs like most runes, she has four. One reason why she's scared she'll be judged. She uses her four legs to scale trees and care for her patch of peach trees.

• She loves candy. Any kind of sweet really. Perske has, in past, snuck into packs or travellers camps to take some candy or sweet foods. Peaches are her favourite though.

• Her peach trees. A small patch of peach trees, large and old Perske cares for the trees in return for their peaches as food and canopy as shelter.

• she is very afraid of thunder storms and huddles deep in the heart of the peach tree she is in, shaking with fear until it's over. Lightening makes her cringe back, thunder makes her squeek in fear.

• She keeps store of other fruits as eating peaches all the time can make ones tummy a bit upset. She prefers sweet fruits over other ones. Mostky forrest berries and apples.

• She hoards the stones of the peaches she eats. Also seeds of any description like from apples and berry seeds. She also likes to keep any bells she find around, she enjoys their small tinkering music.



Why do you wish to have her?:
I think it's safe to say, because she is my favourite rune design I've ever seen (don't tell Luka cx) I saw her and my heart skipped a beat, I kept squeeling over how adorable she is. She is unique, special from other runes and not just because of her four legs. It adds another layer to her having the abilities of other four legged creatures that almost no other runes share. She can run and dance or could br drawn holding her peaches. But I would love her all the same if she had two legs or any number of legs. Mostly it's her eye that mesmorised me. I saw her, her personality and her name, her story. It came to me from those sweet innocent little eye. She stands out from other runes for me. Her gentle brown and peachy colouring and her peach as her throne. I just couldn't post a form fast enough. Even though I was nerve reckingly nervous to be trying against so many other people.After making this form, crafting her personality, pulling an all nighter to make sure it was worthy of such an amazing rune. My words fail to describe the extent of my attatchment. She has really grown on my over the course of building this form. Her lovibg peaches just makes her all the more amazing as it reminds me of eating peaches as a kid, and I still love peaches now. Her colours are definatly in the favourites list. I can relate and connect with her character and her personality.There is a connection with her on a personal level. After having a taste if ownership with her, I don't think I could live without her. She even helped me overcome a bit of an art block I was suffering. I want to be that one that can coax her out into becoming my rune and I her bearer when she feels the time is right. Also, she is Aurora's daughter. I was so sad when I missed trying for Perske's mom but now I can try for her daughter I love even more. I was a bit scared to try for her with so many people but you never know unless you try right?

Where will you keep her?:
I'll keep her on my mind and in my heart always. She'll have a home in the thread I'm working on for my rune dragons, her own little place in my signature always and rotating turns in my avatar. She'll feature in art, I have ideas for things like a comic and my first animation with colour, a series of drawings maybe I'll even start one of those 100 theme challenges with her starring in it. She'll be a belived main character, a friend for my only and lonely rune Luka if she comes out of her shell.
She can have her peach trees and I'll visit her everyday until I can coax her to come home with me one day in future. She will be ny friend. I'll even role play her if I find a rune roleplay that would suit her. I'll doodle her lots on my stuff. Her character will develop further and become deeper over time as I work with ger lots.

Will you wish to breed her in future?:
I really would, only if I get her grown though. Most of me just wants to keep her this youthful, amazing little girl and diesn't want to let her go. And only if she ever find the rune she loves. Like her true love. That rune that fits her just right (their personalities don't clash or aren't too similar abd their designs go well together.)

Peaches & Trees

It was coming into spring at last. The birds where begginning to return from migration and the first flowers where begginning to bloom. On the little path, where travellers often walked was the way I walked into town and back everyday. Taking a peach from the grand old peach tree that graced the path was laden with blossom and the first peaches of the season.

Gently wiggling the peach free of it's stalk I hear a little angry chirp. "What was that?" I asked myself. I assumed I was hearing things and continued on my way eating the delicious sweet fruit. I could have sworn I heard rustling in the tree. Must've just been a bird.

The weeks passed and the little path bloomed into life. Flowers, bees, nests of young and adolescent birds. The magnificent peach tree looked amazing in the evening sunlight, the sunset causing the tree to be blazed brilliant orange. "Want a peach Luka?" I asked the little blue and yellow rune on my shoulder. He chirrped and fluttered up to the tree, about to grab one with his foot when a little brown peachy coloured blurr dashed in and out of the fruit pushing Luka to the ground.

Letting out a big 'hmph' Luka sat on the ground sulking that he couldn't have a peach. "What was that?!" I couldn't believe what I had just seen. Shaking my head, convincing myself nothing had happened I scooped Luka up and carried on home.

Repeatedly, this happened everytime either me or Luka tried to take a peach. "Fine! Have your stupid peaches!" I stormed off after once again been prohibited from having some of my facourite fruit. I was hugging onto Luka when 'thud!' I was hit in the back of the head with a peach. Angrilly rubbing the back of my head where the fruit impacted on the back of my head.

A little pair of peachy-pink eyes glared at me for a moment before dissapearing with a swish of it's tail, and a breif appearance of its wing tips. It was a rune! All along it was just this rune, a baby by the looks of it, just protecting its home.

The next day I returned especially just to the tree. I brought a peach with me from home, and lay it at the base of the tree. Closing my eyes, I heard the rustling and when I opened them the peach was gone.

I repeated the process of leaving a peach for the rune hoping to win its trust eventually. And it kind of, payed off.

One night I had to go to town to get a birthday pressent, and walking on the path Luka and I caught the rune in the open. Diving for shelter, we watched her sing and dance, the moon light illuminating her little peachy body. "Hello." I called to her as she froze starring in my direction. She scrurried up the tree in the blink of an eye.

"It's okay little um... Peachy?" I asked thinking of a name for her on the spot. The little rune just hissed. "Momo?" I said thinking of the tea shop down the street. More hissing. "Perske?" There was silence for a moment, then a happy chirp. "You'll be Perske then." I nodded.

She poked her head out, and willingly let me see her. Our gaze locked for a moment, I couldn't tell what emotion Perske had, but I was happy.

We're still working on coaxing her out of that tree but I know she'll be a great rune when she's not so shy.

A Day in the Life of Peach Rune
In the morning, Perske wakes at dawns first light to get to a near by spring to bathe and drink. Scurrying back to the old peach tree she slids down the trunk into her little nest in the heart of the tree. She scoops up her used bedding and brings it outside, burrying it in the undergrowth and grabbing some fresh nest lining like bird feathers and soft moss. She likes to just laze around and take it easy for the rest of the morning.

As the sun reaches it's heighest point she will have a little feast of fruit, peaches, wild forest berries or apples usually. Rarely an orange, apricot or nectarine. Then her work beggins. Perske will scale the tree removing rotting fruit and dying leaves tidying the debre away. She nibbles away at stray leaves and branches so the tree can manetain it's shape. Lastly she hops back and forth from the tree to the spring supplying it with fresh water. Admiring her handywork, it's getting into evening.

She eats some more fruit and settles in the top branches of the tree watching the sunset. Once it's dark she dances and sings and plays under the moons comforting gentle glow. As she tires, she climbs back into her nest in the tree to get to the land of dreams in her sleep.
