Kennel Number: Kennel 294
Use: Graffiti was never a character to me, but she was previously my design. She came straight to the SCAA as soon as I had designed it, but had no luck getting a home for the longest time. Finally, Fox came along and adopted her with a warm, heart touching story that was well crafted. However, after awhile, he grew tired of her and wasn't able to give her the home she needed any longer. I can certainly relate to this as I have sent many of my characters to my own adoption center here as well as to some others. But when Graffiti came back, I felt a stronger pull towards her than I did at the time of donation when I was still a newbie with a lack of design sense and ability. I'd like to take Graffiti in and give her a real home with me, as I was never able to provide that before now. I'd like to change up her previous history while keeping some key basic ideas, just to make things interesting. I think she'd provide an interesting character and a great subject to make art and buy art for.

- About the character -
Name: Graffiti
Gender: Female ♀
Species and/or specific breed: White German Shepherd

By Foxtrot55
Personality: Graffiti is a soft-spoken female German Shepherd that has been taught all of her life to simply close her mouth and allow others to speak for her. She's not mute, but she certainly speaks to few. She's beautifully designed and wonderfully made, but the past that fate has given her leaves her personality harmed and damaged and leaves her a completely changed wolf than she ever was before. A beautiful life; the life of a cherry blossom; that's what she had. She wouldn't like to say that her more recent past has taken that
away from her, no. For she is a strict optimist and allows no torment or harm to change her ways. Easily frightened and spooked like a horse, she tucks her tail between her legs when scared. There's nothing she wants more than peace, but the voices, the people, the hurt all comes back. She deals well with what life throws in her way. She's had more obstacles to face than any. Winter is one thing that Graffiti always hopes for. Winter to come sooner, so that she can watch the world die away to her. The plants, they are covered with a blanket-y layer of snow. The animals? All have hidden away without hesitation; they seem to fear the plump flakes that fall to their noses and backs. But winter does not frighten Graffiti. It is the season that brings her the ultimate peace. So many troubles are behind her, and her mind is simply cleansed by the thought of getting a mouthful of that watery solid-liquid that's mystique is endless. You know, they say that no two snowflakes are alike. Likewise, Graffiti believes the same about one's fate, destiny, and history.

History/Background:
Starvation. They always told me it was feigned, a figment of my imagination, just like the pain, the words, and the memories. No, they didn't exist. But then, without them, I suppose I wouldn't be me. So am I who I think I am? Or am I too a figment of my imagination. No bother. Regardless, my stomach hurt as I padded around the damp place. That was it. That's all I knew it to be. Just another place where life was loveless, where it didn't have a mother's touch or a father's discipline. It had pain and suffering, and terrible things that you wouldn't believe even if I stood here and testified. Why? Because you haven't felt it for yourself.
Imagine one night you laid down to sleep, and a dream began to form in your mind. But this night you weren't dreaming about yourself; no, the thoughts of your life were put aside. This night you were dreaming about me. The image, it formed in your mind. My past became clear to you.
