As Luz was leaving the market, Celeste wandered away. She wandered through the market, calling Celeste's name. When she finally caught up to Celeste, she was having a quite spirited conversation with a seemingly benigne Mischife Rune. When the Rune's bearer came to retrieve her Rune, she bumped into Celeste, sending an array of spells into the air. "Pardon my Rune's behavior, she can be quite social." Luz said. "Say, I absolutely LOVE your goggles! Where did you find them?"

"You think your Rune is a pain? Try living with Quinn." Deryn nudged Quinn and rolled her eyes as she did a deep bow, a mischevious grin on her face.

"Oh, well try living with these two together!" Luz motioned over to Mizu and Celeste. "She keeps me up all night, then he wakes me up at five in the morning! Sorry, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Luz, what's yours?"

Silver laughed, but noticed something seemed to be missing. Her backpack was a bundle of feathers and fur lighter than before, and she realized that Canvas must have flown.
"Crud, I'll be right back!" She said hurriedly before running to look for a flash of colors in the crowds.
"Canvas! Canvas, where are you?!" She called, before noticing a small group... And a rainbow colored wing!
Silver barged into the group, then composed herself a bit.
"I'm sorry, Canvas must have gotten bored and wandered off. She didn't do any damage, did she? Oh, where are my manners; I'm Silver, and this little sneak," she gestured to Canvas, annoyed, "Is Canvas, my rune dragon."

Glancing at the rune on Deryn's shoulder, Alek shrugs. "Perhaps. But does she bite?" As if on cue, Laima nipped at her bearer's ear, making him flinch slightly, then shoo her away. "By the way, I'm Alek."

An saw that Silver had rushed off towards a group of other rune bearers and thought she should go over as well. "Come on Aeon, maybe one of those guys knows something about the ruins. Oh, and Aeon, could you try to whisper or something? You're kinda loud... And attracting attention." she said before walking over to the others.

Aeon blinked and said "BUT I AM TALKING NORMALLY." in a voice that was still a bit louder than average.

Kaylee watched a group of bearers gather. Moss leaped off with his lime and went into the crowd, looking around happily. I guess he's too excited. He hasn't seen many bearers. though Kay grimly. She went over to Moss and picked him up. "I'm Kaylee. My rune is Moss." She shook some new lichen off of her hand.

Amxen grew confussed and Riku was freaking out.Neoark was trying to find something good to eat.He bashed apples with his wing,and they got stuck because of his spines.Amxen grew worried that she might become the center of attention.Riku continued to rear up and neigh loudly. "Shhhhhh." Amxen said,trying to sooth the horse.She was so worried about making a scean,that she started crying.Neoark continued to steel fruit.

Deryn put a hand protectively to her goggles, not sure whether she was being sarcastic or not. "Eh, my mum gave them to me." she mumbled, looking down. "I'm Deryn, an' these two are Quinn--" she pointed to Quinn who was busy trying to scribble on some stranger"--and Sapphire." she pulled her out of her bag. Sapphire uncurled and looked at them all sleepily. "I saw that some of you were poking around for adventure, no?"
