Blurry, all she could see was blobs but she could feel her mother soothingly nuzzling her. She blinked a couple of times and looked around, she noticed something fall contently in front of her in dozens, she felt it drip on her nose, making her sneeze. "That's rain," laughed her mother, as the soft patter thudded on the ground. Fluddering wings caught the new born's attention as birds sang and danced above. Surrounding trees gave cover all around, as Avena glanced every which way. She watched a masked furry creature scurry past, it seemed in a hurry to get out of the rain. A spotted red bug traveled over her small hoof, and followed by it a wood brown lizard quickly glancing her way before a speedy disappearance. Avena wrapped her tail tight to her, and closed her eyes, taking a break from all she had just welcomed her to her new world.

Rose opened her eyes. Seeing nothing but blurs of yellow, blue, and many other colours of the world. She looked down, she saw a red streak. She blinked a couple of times to force her eyes to work properly. She looked down again, a rose. "It's a rose, that's where you got your name." Her mother nuzzled her gently. Rose decided to test out her legs. She got up on first, her front legs, then her back. She stumbled a little and then trotted around her mother and the rose. This was a new beginning.

Equid Age: Autumn opened her sparkling, blue eyes to a whole new world. Her past life was nothing more than a faded away memory. Gone with the wind. Well, her world was filled with many new things. The first thibg she saw was a deer bouding through the meadow. She knew the one day she would be just as fearless and courageous as that deer.
She could feel the wind swirl its way through her new born fur and the sunlight gleam down. It warmed her pelt and made her heart flutter with joy. The bird song spare though the air and tracked through her ears. The lushes, green grass called her name as it tickled her newborn skin. The golden rays of sunlight shines softly in her blue eyes and her mane flowed in the sweet wind. The wild flowers danced in the wind and its vibrant colors shows in her eyes. She stumbled into her legs and wobbled to their summoning. Growing strength showed and she put more bounce into her step. Soon enough, she was leaping into the wind. She pranced through the flowers as if there was no tomorrow! Her new life showed of a great new future. And an even greater life. It's was her first new start to a new life! How great is that? Very. And with that, Autumn danced the day away into the late sunset. The sun casting a shadow across the ground. She was a single flame in the sky. And she dance with the flowers as night appeared into the sky. The stars twinkling ever so brightly. The light shining in her blue eyes. What a sight! And that was the end to a very amazing beginning!

"It was so bright when I took my first breath, and I was so cold. But I heard my mothers soft nicker, and I rolled over. Now on my back, I felt my mothers warm breath blow through her nostrils and into mine. My eyes slowly adjusted to the bright light, and the first thing my small sparkling, peircing blue eyes saw, where the rich hues of my mothers dark mahogany eyes. I was quite confused though, because my mother looked so strange. I watched her walk over to my side and I watched as she gently nudged my side with her muzzle. And I rolled over ans tried to stand up. My first attempt wasnt very successful. I thought I had it, but quickly found I didn't. I stood up slowly, but then fell back onto my knees. But I tried again. And I stood up and stayed up. I turned around to see my mother, and I found she looked much more normal. I guess when you are upside down, things look weird. I turned around and saw a field filled with Blubells. My mother told me that they where the same color as my eyes. I ran and frolicked and played. I feel very fortunate to have been born in such a beautiful place and my first sights being thing so beautiful and caring. I saw so many beautiful birds and so many orjer amaxing aspects of nature of colors mother soon taught me where blues, reds, greens, purples, browns, yellows, whites and grays. There whet so many hues and colors. And flowers and trees, animals and just nature at its finest! And I realized 'What a wonderful world'!"

Equid Age: Calista slowly blinked her eyes, another horse stood over her and snorted in delight. Her version blurred, it was raining but her mother stood over her to keep her from getting wet. Calista snorted, and tried to stand up her legs wobbly and weak, and fell splashing in mud. Looking up, more clearly she saw a beautiful open meadow around her and a few other horses too.

At first, Fauna see blurrs, shapes. Colourful shapes with many patterns. Soon her eyes come in to the focus, her eyes adapting to the light. The blurrs soon turn in to what is her mother, smiling down at her. The rest of the scenery comes soon after, trees, grasses, other WMEs

There was no one around...wait yes there was. I was startled by the tongue that was lapping at my neck, but I realized, this was a calming...I...I enjoyed it. I felt a strong bond with this WME, I realized it was my mother. She was alone, she had gone off on her own to give birth, she wanted this special moment to be between her and me. No one else...and I wouldn't have had it any other way"

It was cold winter night out in Philadelphia. Snow was falling hard. There was a hundred percent chance of at least 18 inches of snow tonight. But that didn't stop a mother and her daughter from waking up in the middle of the night in a snowstorm. They had been both sitting in front of their fireplace drinking some warm cappuccino and hot chocolate. Hearing a horse neighing loudly, they both leapt up and put on their coats as fast as they could without spilling their refreshments. Grabbing their drinks, the mother and her daughter rushed out the door to be pelted with snow. They pushed their way through the wall of falling snow as they walked close to keep themselves warm. After trudging through the already twelve-inch deep snow, they finally made it to the stable. The mother pushed open the stable door and closed it as soon as she and her daughter slipped in. The daughter flicked the light switch and the light bulbs above lit up the cozy stable.
"Mom! Look!" The daughter pointed inside one of the stalls excitedly.
Cradling her cappuccino, the mother walked over and gasped. Their pregnant equid had a foal! A little brown equid lay curled up beside its mother. Unlocking the latch, the mother and her daughter stepped into the stall, holding their warm drinks. They both kneeled next to the mother equid.
"Oh, look at it, mother! It's coat is so beautiful...It looks like it has streaks of milk on it!" The daughter giggled as she stroked it's tiny head.
The mother sipped her cappuccino and set it down in the hay. She pet the mother equid. "That's my girl. You didn't even need our help. You'll be a strong mom."
"Mom!" The daughter yelped.
The mom turned around to see the newborn equid spit some coffee and shake her head. She looked down to see half of her cappuccino gone and most of it soaked up in the hay. "Oh, my!"
The little equid sneezed and shook her head again to get rid of the foul taste in her mouth.
The mom and her daughter burst out laughing. "Doesn't taste very good, huh?"
The equid shook her head and snorted on cue.
"Hey, mom. I just thought of a good name for her." The daughter spoke up as she held her hot chocolate to her cheek.
"And what's that?" Her mom sipped what was left of her drink as she wrapped an arm around her daughter.
"I think we should name her Cappuccino. After the first thing she ever really saw and drank!" The daughter leaned against her mom with a smile.
"You know what? I think that's a great idea." The mom and her daughter cuddle in the warm stall watching their equids.
Cappuccino never forgot that foul taste and never tried any coffee ever again.

I opened my sky blue eyes. I saw a bright, bright yellow ball in the blue sky on top of me. I quickly looked away, as it burned my eyes.
I turned my head and looked around. I saw green leaves, some trees, and a single red rose; I turned my head again; I saw my mother.
I made a gurgling noise, and she giggled. She picked the rose, and gave it to me. I looked at it, in a trnce of its beauty for a momet.
Then, the world faded away; I had fallen asleep.
