A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewls on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mamals such as birds, squirels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to atract females.

I noticed that we are really in need of some male JMD's. There were so many girlish designs and just not enough male-like ones to balance it out. A lot of users asked in the FC, if someone has a available male but he answers were limited. So I decided to bring some male designs for the time being. ^-^
And this is the first result.

I have to say that I quite like this one. x3
It reminds me a whole lot of a cookie, I even drew one under the "Adopt me" sign. xD

So of course, there is a little special form.
It's all about sweets and maybe...cookies?

My name is Flitter

I would name this JMD Gingersnap, for his ginger-ish coloring and spunky nature. It makes sense to me that he'd be a dragon who liked fire and energy and was enthusiastic about nearly everything--all that said Gingersnap to me. It's also a favorite cookie, which doesn't hurt!

Male, definitely!

Gingersnap (or Ginger for short) is fiesty and festive. Just like the cookie, he's exciting and different, but still very sweet. Gingersnap is an artist and likes to draw, but often won't have the patience to sit through an entire picture! His attention span is extremely short, and he doesn't do well in school. One good thing about Ginger, though--he is who he is, no matter what other dragons say. He likes to bake, tells everybody about it. He couldn't care less if they think he's stupid for not really liking sports! Gingersnap is ADHD to an extreme, hyper to the extent that he's actually too energetic to be on any sports teams. But for whatever reason cooking and drawing hold his attention. Gingersnap is very close to his friends and family, and treats them like royalty. His temper is as short as his attention span, but he doesn't hold grudges and is quick to apologize! It's hard to hate someone like Gingersnap. He's a little ridiculous, but completely lovable.
