The story behind his tattoos:The Legend of EzileEzile, his burning fur resembling the sun and all that burns brightly in the world. He was worshiped heavily by the people as the sun god. his life of luxury was welcomed at first, lavished by the people. Even a beast such as himself began to ponder why he was being treated this way while his brothers were treated as monsters. As he lay in his temple in his temple, his priests pampering him, bathing him with damp towels and polishing his horns and claws, he came to notice that he was now unhappy. He couldn't understand why they were doing this, but he just wanted to run free.
The years had passed, and eventually Ezile had grown to his full size. Now that he was fully grown, they began to shave parts of his pelt. Is was confused greatly by this, but had learned to tolerate humans and their shenanigans. They were working to tattoo his skin, making sure the ink had gone deep enough into his skin, causing his fur to grow back in as black. This process had taken several months, both sides being done the same way. He noticed nothing unusual about his new markings, though his new markings were an indication of his godhood.
In his unhappiness, Ezile eventually escaped his life enclosed always in his temple. He had roamed freely, learning how to fend for himself in the wild. His bold black tattooed markings always drew attention. But due to his being raised by humans, he was always friendly to them. He didn't fear them as much as the wild ones did.
Turns out, Ezile was never really a god at all....
