Please do try to be respectful of all the artists, wether you like them or not. We do try to all work really hard to keep our customers happy^^ the reason we say no twins is because they are supposed to be surprises, they will be made at random. If everybody has them then they are no longer all that special (:

Also, the foal always goes to the mare. So whoever owns the mare usually rps the foal. Also, breeding is pretty simple so I don't think there really needs to be rules, but I may suggest it to Chubby Pony.
