Story:
One chilly morning, the wind blew hard it thrashed around the grass and bushes. Aire snorted, at some points she felt like she would go flying but she didnt. The air smelled different, it was strangely warm yet also cold. This confused her as she trotted over the edges of high cliffs. Sharp rocks lay below, her perfect balance prevented her from falling even during very windy days like this. Clouds swirled above her, she of course didnt realize a tornado was in the making. Aire happily trotted along the well-worn path, the smooth stones and dirt beneath her hooves. Flicking her ears, she looked up at the sky, her mane and tail blew in the breeze. Her white face, showed concern after realizing this wasnt an ordinary storm. It didnt feel right, today she knew something was up, different... but what? Breathing heavily, she walked down the cliffside to a rocky cave, she stayed here often if it was raining or when she was sleeping.
Walking past it, she started to nibble on the grass, but stayed close enough to be able to bolt inside to shelter. The tornado of course, started blowing high winds, dangerous ones. A large gust of wind almost took Aire off her feet, neighing in fear and surprise, she slowly fought against the wind to hide in the cave. Rain started to pelt her, it beat down in large heavy drops, as lighting striked and thunder boomed. The tornado was grabbing everything in its path, trees, bushes, and even rocks. Aire grew even more nervous, as she was soaked and the tornado was fastly approaching. Pushing her hardest she finally got to the cave, but still didnt feel the safety she thought she would. Whining she crawled back as far she she could into the cave, it was small, and drippy. Slowly she lay down, and curled p, fear swelled inside her as she closed her eyes. She could hear the tornado's rage, the trees being uprooted, everything. Eventually, she feel asleep, she was very tired, her head hurt as well as her legs. The next morning, she opened her eyes and cautiously came out of the mouth of the cave, looking around the high winds had stopped trees and bushes lay scattered everywhere. Snorting, Aire trotted up the old worn path, and looked around at the damage. It was a lot, but she didnt care, she still had a food and water source as well as shelter. She was okay, her head still hurt but her legs felt a lot better, flicking her ear she yawned and started to eat her breakfast
