How/when her powers are likely to appear, and why:Like many sandstorms hers would most like appear when there is the right amount of wind, either being cold or hot wind. Dusty's powers wouldn't have to wait for clouds to kick up at any time. It would also mostly show when she is angry or frightenedat something.
Plans you have for her: I would love to work on my skills drawing horses and she seems perfect for it as her markings are not so difficult as to take me months on end to try and do them.
Why you chose to apply: Because she reminds me of an old buckskin horse I use to own as a child.
How you plan on keeping her active:I plan to start up a thread for these creature with the owner of the breeds premission and using her there or on some other threads with other awesome creatures.

Why you chose to apply: Because this is one of the most gorgeous and fiery adoptable I've ever seen in my life!
How you plan on keeping her active: well, I'll draw her all the time, have her as my fursona, show her off to my friends and just love her to death I also am a writer, so she may just have stories written about her!
