Second number picked in the generator was number Nine!
Congrats to Luf with Valle!
Name changes are accepted for Runner-Ups etc. Only if REALLY wanted, Runner ups ALWAYS get name changes, but the owner may not get a name change DIRECTLY after adoptions.
