What's a Jewl Mane Dragon?

A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewls on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mamals such as birds, squirels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to atract females.

This requires one piece of art. No more than one.

Sweet~
Lilac has a verry swet personatly,some deaceibe her as having the heart of a white rose.pure,lovey and sweet. She all Ways is polite to every jewled mane dragon she meets.she couldent hurt any one worth her life.

Gentle~
Lilac loves to smell flowers,witch she has to be verry gentle with. She was once up in a tree playing with a flower that had been growing on a nearby vine,she heard cherping under her so she looked under her and saw a baby bird.wpshe gaped and got down to help it back up.she had it back into its nest in seconts,that is why she is gentle.

Kind~
Lilac is verry kind she is all ways helping outher jewled mane dragons with little stuff and big stuff.little stuff beaing opening a door and big stuff beaing saving some ones life.
Loving~

Shy~
Lilac all most passes out when she has to talk in public,she canot stand it. She will not talk to jewled mane dragons she dosnt know unless you force her to.even around friends she is a bit shy but when you have know her for a while she will perk up.

Singing~
Lilac loves to sing,she will sing all most any time she has the chance to. Like in a tree or in the tub. She dosnt like to sing infront of any one because of her shyness. She loves to sing where is my life because it makes her feal closer to her father who died in war.

*sigh* sad. . . But all true...

What's her favorite flower and why?||:

The Lilac is her favorite flower,because of its pure beauty and the wonderful scent it gives off. She was named after the lilac because of her grandmas love for it,Lilac was born a day after her grandmothers death,and now she loves to smell a Lilac while her mom tells her storys of her grandmas love for them.

of corse the Lilac is my favorite flower,after all i was named after it...but i don think im verry pretty at all..

How does she choose to use her purple jewl powers?||:

She uses the powers of her jewl to read the minds of sick or wounded anmials to find out whats wroung and what she needs to do to help them. She also catches herself reading the minds of outher dragons witch she hates doing.

iI do not read the minds of outher dragons sometimes.........ok..i may have done it a few times...

History||:

Lilac has a verry sad history, her father died in the war. She rembers the last day she had with him. A cold winter day but the sun still shown though the clouds. They where in there hammock rocking. He was singing to her and Lilac was sleeping. She now regrets falling asleep because he had left for the war while she was sleeping. She was also boren the day after her grandmothers death, that is why she was named Lilac her grandmother had a large love for the purple flowers. And her mom was still shaterd beacuse of her fathers death,and now that was put in top of it. Lilac dosnt really rember her childhood. Due to her mom allways drifting away from the world and going some where else. When her mouther was like that Lilac would go out side and climb her faveret tree and read something of intrest to her. That is one reason why she is so intelgent, she had read so many books over the years. One more thimg she would do up there is sing, mostly happy songs to cheer herself up after a stressfull day of working on her little prodjects she loves to do.

The story of the lilac


Lilac looks up at her mom who lightly flicked her tale and told the tale of the lilac "you see my dear,a long long time ago when your great great grandmouther was alive, there where fealds of red roses,and yellow tulips.but no lilacs" her mom says softly.
"Why where there no lilacs?" Lilac asked. "Well the lilacs climbed the trees,winding there green styms around the trunk of the strong brown trees, the lilac frowned apon the roses and tulips they wonted to be able to roam the feailds of green among them. Then one glummly rainy day a wize dragon came to our land. They say it seemed like the clouds had fallen to there knees to let the sun shine apon her golden scales. She walked gently throught the feailds of red and yellow. Not steping on a silgle flower as she went. When she got to the trees she frowned apon the Lilacs and spoke "why does such a thing of beauty climb the trees,hiding its beauty for its self?,come out and share your beauty with me." As she spoke her clawed hand streched out to meet the flower. The lilac streched its curved vine to meet her hand gently wraping around her hand.
"Now that is beauty." The wize dragon said "why have you hidden your self? " she askd,the wind blew thought the leaves of the lilac and it seemed to speek "[the roses and tulips roam the feailds...i have no where to go." it wisperd.
The wize dragon looked away from the beatuful flower to the red and yellow feailds, she gently uncurld the Lilac from her claw and spoke to the roses "clear a way for the lilac to roam." She comaned.
the flowers ignored her and kept swaying in the wind. The wize dragon frown and roze her claw in the air and cast a spell apon the flowers,witch gave the roses throns and the tulips closed up. "Roses you will now be known as the flower who draws the blood of inocent dragons,and tulps you will now hide your beauty to make room for the lilacs.
The wize dragon raized her clawd hand once more and the lilacs un wound around the trees and crawled apon the ground." Lilacs mom said.
Lilac took in the scent of a freshly picked flower,she loved that story she had heard it so many times.but each time got beter.
