Surri (pronounced Sir-E)
I am not sure if Surri means anything or not, it was just a random name that popped into my head when I saw him. I quite the name, simple as it is, and decided to name him Surri. When I first tried out for him that was the name I chose, and now, trying for him again, I decided to use the same name. I prefer simple names, and Surri is pretty simple yet a bit... fancy? XD

Personality:
Kind.
Surri is a very kind, big hearted, and a quite helpful Lion Dragon. He is not at all a mean or rude Lion Dragon, and has never been in a fight once, as he hates fighting and war. He is willing to help anyone, friend or stranger, if they need it.
"Relaxing."
Surri calls it relaxing, I call it being lazy. Surri loves to curl up with a good book, say, Jurassic Park (he doesn’t mind reading it, even though it has some gore in it), and read all day and past midnight. He sometimes also sleeps half the day, and instead of taking a walk, would rather take a few laps around the living room and then fall back asleep.
Loveable.
With his sweet face, short legs, blue eyes, and big heart, who wouldn't love him? Some people tease him because he loves the color pink and flowers, but he doesn't care. He knows his family and friends like him, and that's pretty much what's most important.
A little shy.
Surri is a little shy. For example, when he first met my two fursonas, Nox and Waffle, he didn't know what to make of the frisky black and white border collie, or the scarf wearing, book reading, mutt. Though he soon became friends with them, and now he and Waffle spend hours reading together, and Nox is the only one who can coax him outside for a walk or game of Frisbee.
Not easily hurt.
Surri is not easily hurt, embarrassed, or other. That is one reason why when other Lion Dragons tease him about liking pink stuff and flowers and other stuff like that, it doesn't both him.

Likes:
Pink.
Surri loves pink things. No one knows why. Sometimes, other Lion Dragons tease him because he loves pink, but he doesn't care. "Males can like pink, too." He always says to anyone teasing him.
Being lazy.
Okay, I admit it, Surri is lazy with a capital L. Instead of going for a walk on a nice sunny day, he much rather spend his time snoozing on the couch and sleeping well into the morning. However, he does sometimes tend to stay up until... 1:30 AM, but he always says "I need my sleep." And then falls back asleep when you acuse him of being lazy.
His items.
Surri loves his items. He even wears them when he sleeps! His cow bells are so dirty they look more brown then bronze, but he won't let me wash them. His pink tail piercing is the only item he has that is actually clean.
Flowers.
Surri loves flowers... I admit, I laughed when he came inside one spring morning with a crocus tucked behind one of his horns, and during the summer a bunch of dandelions in his mouth, and when we go to the market we always have to stop at the flower shop.
Reading.
Surri loves reading. He will spend hours, and sometimes an entire day, reading. He has become an oddly fast reader, and can get through a 500 page book in 6 hours. He likes to read with my fursona, Waffle, who also loves reading.

Dislikes:
Being called "Sur."
Surri hates being called by his nickname. He prefers to be called by his full name, as short of a name as it is. He will, however, let you call him "Ri" or "Flow." I have never called him Flow, but I will sometimes call him Ri.
Storms.
Surri is terrified of storms. When he even hears the distant rumble of thunder, he runs under the bed, only his tail sticking out from under it, paws over his eyes in fear, or goes under the kitchen table, tail curled around himself.
Being called "girly."
Call Surri a girl, and he will get super mad. He hates being called girly, especially if it's just because he loves pink and flowers and other stuff like that. He also hates anything similar to "girly."
Fighting and War.
Surri hates fighting and is always trying to prevent it. I don't think he's been in a fight in his life. He absolutely hates war, and even walked around for a whole month with a band around one leg that said "stop war now."
Gore.
Surri is quite squeamish. He hates gore, blood, and seeing even a single scratch on him if he trips makes him faint. He can not stand any type of gore, blood, or seeing someone injured.

Why I want him:
When I first saw him, I fell in love. He was, in my view, the cutest Lion Dragon in the whole world. I filled out a form for him, but didn't finish it and ended up dropping out. Now, still in love with him, I have filled out the form again, almost shaking from nervousness (I tend to get that way until the day the contest ends.) I love cows. My aunt loves cows. My mom loves cows. I think pretty much my whole family loves cows, and when I saw this cute little cow based dragon, of course, it was love at first sight. After I had dropped out for him, I kept coming back to him and finally tried out for him again.
I love everything about this guy. His horns. His colors and markings, his eye color, I really hope I win him, or maybe even a runner up. It would be a total joy to have him as my first Lion Dragon. He would be spoiled with art, stories, love, I would even put him in my signature from time to time. He would also get a special thread just for him and any other Lion Dragons I get. Thank you for the chance at getting this adorable Lion Dragon <3

My Java is still down, but I managed to draw him on paint! :3

I would draw a digital drawing of him, but my Java is currently broken. Though tonight I will draw some art of him traditionally (colored) and upload it before the contest ends. Also, I work as hard on my traditional art as I do digital. Most pieces of my traditional art takes at least a half hour <3

Likes:
Cows, playing in the feilds, farm animals, clouds, and jumping in the mud.

Dislikes:
Being bored, indoors, and water.

Personality:
Moo is a cheerful and playful boy that loves to make people smile. He is a major jokester, always up for the challenge to make someone laugh. He loves everything shiny, sparkly, and fluffy. He loves standing around cows and then frightening people when they realise he's a dragon. He also likes to play with sheep and llamas because they're so fluffy. Moo isn't the brightest animal in the world, but he's still very lovable. He has a very bad memory, forgetting things almost instantly. He is very curious and a bit dumb, like a young puppy. Moo gets himself into danger at times with his curiosity, and his playful manner often gets him in trouble. Moo grew up on a farm, raised with the cows, according to his pelt. He was also happy and optimistic about everything, and he still is. Moo has grown alot sense he was a child, although his intelligence and playful manner seemed to stay the same.

Why I want him:
He is absolutly gorgeous, I love his design. He's so unique and beautiful, I just had to try out for him. I really hope I get him, I've worked very hard on his artwork and forum trying to win him. I think he would be an amazing character, and he will be on my character thread with my fursona. I will love him forever, and as much as I love my fursona.
