Doc told me not to use my right arm due to an apparent sprain so I've been on here using my left hand on my phone (I'm right handed). Was hoping to judge this and the others when my wrist is better, but there hasn't been any change in it, missed my docs appointment this morning so trying to book one tomorrow to find out what they say about my wrist now (and my back is having an extremely bad day today)
