This guy is adorable! FUUUU I must get him!
Lion Dragon Name:
Rakurai
Favorite Activity:
Rakurai's favorite activity would have to be
painting. It's an extremely fun hobby of his.
How he became blind:
There was a time, long ago, when I could see.
Everything was crystal-clear. Don't give me that
look. I'm not a liar. Okay, I'll just tell you
the story, then you'll believe me. No, I didn't
look at the sun when I was a kid, just listen.
"Help... help..." the moans coming from the
ground were barely audible, almost like a
whisper. The hushed voice stuck itself in my
head. It was the first time I had stood and
seen someone die in front of my eyes. Horror
made my face paler than it already was when
I first found my mother dead on the ground. I
sucked in the air with an intense concentration.
"Don't leave me" I whispered to her. "Please, I
need you here with me" I insisted, but her pale
eyes grew dull and her body was becoming cold.
Tears dropped onto her fur and I covered my
eyes. A paw touched my back. It felt warm but
who else knew we were here? I didn't have a
dad or a friend to comfort me. "Your coming
with me" the voice whispered in a hush tone.
I spun around and looked up at the face. "Wh-who
are you?" the stuttered words barely managed
to escape my throat.
"Who me?" it sounded almost like a laugh. I
couldn't help but blush under my fur. "Don't you
recognize me?" he continued his laughter which
sounded like tinkling bells. The gray and black
lion dragon could sense my hesitation. "I am
your uncle" the shock of this hit me like a
sledgehammer.
"You mean, your not dead? You lied to
your own sister?" anger welled up in my
chest like a balloon, threatening to burst.
"This is ridiculous! How come you didn't
show up before? How come you lied to all
of your family?" hot, angry tears appeared
on my cheeks.
"Okay, Rakurai, I know this is a lot to
take in-" I interrupted during the middle
of his sentence. I know I shouldn't have,
but this wasn't how we should meet back
up. Right when my mother is dying shouldn't
be that time. It should have been earlier.
"I can't believe you kept this a secret!"
I stormed off toward the woods where I
went of to when I was mad.
