I didn't see a closed post yet, so I figured I'd try to squeeze mine in.


JBD Name: Harvest (Harvey for friends)
Gender: Male
Favorite season: Autumn
Why is it their favorite season?: Harvest loves autumn because of the wonderful smells and sounds. Autumn grew up in a pumpkin patch and therefore naturally loved the colour orange. It made him feel at peace and like he fit in (even if it was with a bunch of pumpkins). He loved to watch the excited little kids run around and pick their first pumpkin to carve for the very first time. And of course he loved watching the leaves change colours. From the bright summer green, to the sun-kissed oranges and yellows and reds. There wasn't any part of autumn he didn't enjoy. In fact he loved the Indian summers were it was a little too warm and the nights that were a little too cold. He liked to wrap himself up in a warm scarf and sit curled up with a cup of hot apple cider and a fresh warm cinnamon donut. It made him think of happier times and happy places.

Why is it their favorite season?:

Where he lives, it's quite hot. When fall arrives, is it a relief to him because the temperature dramatically drop from the two seasons - Summer and Fall. He enjoys running in the fallen leaves and hearing the 'crunch!' of the colorful leaves all drawn out on the earth's floor. He loves making pumpkin faces for Halloween. Well - actually Halloween is his favorite holiday. He enjoys all the fake scary costumes, they are very creative. He enjoys being something different every year for halloween, he is a JMD bean, after all! The best part is...you get candy! Too bad for you if you go trick or treating with him. You're up for a challenge! He gets too hyper when he's on candy. He will stay up all night eating the bags of candy he got. So you'd better take the candy from him before he goes to bed. ;D

The smells and sounds of Fall is phenomenal to him and nothing could beat this season. He likes cuddling up and sitting near the fire listening to Mama Bean read stories.
