Why is it their favorite season?: Fall ... specifically late fall. The leaves have all changed colors and are slowly falling from the trees. There is a nip to the air and frost on the ground. Its cold enough to cuddle up before a fire but not to cold for a walk around the lake. Romance seems to be in the air as everyone seems to be cuddling closer to keep warm. The holiday shopping has begun and everyone seems to have found their manners again. The world seems to slow down and take a breather after the rush of summer. Football in the yard and on the tv. Friends stopping by for relaxed get togethers. The smells of baking up and down the street. Homemade stews. Family seems to be on the top of everyone's priority list. The occasional dusting of snow...There is nothing like a beautiful overcast fall day!

Spring is the time for new life, like the tiny baby deer frolicing with their mothers through the gently shaded woods, as I pick my way through, watching them as the ivy creeps up the sides of the trees."

Why? Well, isn't it obvious? Winter is a beautiful time of year, everything is covered in a stunning snow carpet, you know, the kind you don't want to step on, afraid you'll ruin it. The birds, as amazing as they may sing, don't wake you up every morning. It's the only time you can finally sleep in! Ice is fun to skate on with friends, and the snow can be thrown, covering your friend with white. And who doesn't love hot chocolate? Great, now I'm craving hot chocolate...

Sarah's favorite season is autumn because she loves it. She loves the cool autumn breeze that bites at your cheeks. She thinks the colors of the leaves are beautiful, the oranges, yellows, reds and browns go so well together. The way the leaves crunch under her paws is something she likes to. There's also the weather. Sarah doesn't really like it freezing, but she doesn't like it on those days when the sun is out and there's no clouds and it's in the high seventies. Sarah thinks the temperature in autumn is the perfect middle of warm and cold, which works great for her.

She also loves Halloween. Curling up on the couch to watch a scary movie, seeing all the costumes, the yummy candy, and just seeing how people get when filled with the holiday spirit. It makes her happy to see everyone enjoying themselves.

I can do anything in the summer and the best part is that summer always comes back, from chilly fall, to dreary winter, to clingy spring and then fantastic summer! Just the feel of that blazing sun on my fur makes me want to just go crazy from being so glad it's summer. That's why I'm sad it's going away. ;A; I'll miss you summer! Because all the leaves are falling and the ground is blanketed with orange and golden-red leaves, and it has that sweet pumpkin smell drifting through the air, and the crisp star lit night, with the gentle breeze blowing through the bare trees and causing the leaves to stirr and the trees sway and whisper their silent songs. And most of all, the sunsets, how they turn the leaves a brilliant golden along with the clouds and the sky turns to a creamy-amber as dusk takes place. c:
