Apple is very outgoing and loves to make friends. He can be a handful though. He's very hyper and can stay that way for many, many hours. He hates to sleep. "But moooom, do I have to go to sleep?? It's so boring." He would always say that every single night until finally his mother would let him stay up. When he would stay up, he would lay in the grass and stare at the stars. Whenever he would yawn, he would say "pffshhh I'm not tired!" but soon afterward he would doze off. c:

One important thing to know about Apple is that he wishes he could fly. That's his goal in life. He's jealous of birds, bugs, bats, and anything else that can fly. One time, he got hurt trying to fly, but you'll learn about that later. c:

His favorite food is apples. (weird, isn't it?) He loves to climb trees, and when ever he sees an apple tree, there is no stopping him from climbing it. He'd kill for a years supply of apples. o3o

Caiuá

Meaning and origin:

Caiuá comes from the native Brazilian language (which is Tupi) and it means 'the one that lives on the woods', I think though woods in this case is better described as small forest or what we call 'mato' in Portuguese.

Pronunciation:

So as this is a native name I figured out people who are not born Portuguese speaking or any 'Latin derived language' would have some trouble saying the name... It's pretty easy though :3. Caiuá is said with 'open as'. Like when you say 'Caesar', the second 'a' you say has an 'open' pronunciation, both 'as' in Caiuá are said like that. Now, the 'i' is said like a double 'e', 'u' is said normally and 'á' is said like the first 'a' but more lively. So here we go CA-EE-UA.

Caiuá has a somewhat outgoing personality. He simply can't stand being stuck in a closed space, he is a free spirit as he likes to say.
As his name says he is the one who lives on the forest, he was born in there on the green Amazon wilderness where you can stay days without seeing the sun light because of the tall trees and where you can find the most wonderful things. Being born there he is used to eat the most exotic fruits and insects he can find. 

Caiuá is also like the happiest dragon around, nothing seems to take him down easily and he likes to say his adventurer spirit will never die and that is simply the pure truth! Exploring is life for him. He simply loves to take his pack a hat and set off for days on the green ocean of trees, only him and nature. He says they're like one being in fact.

Around others though Caiuá seems to have a somewhat shy personality at first but once you meet him you'll have hours of laughing and entertainment as he tells his thousands of stories about adventures he had lived on the forest.

When it comes to the terms of arts Caiuá is sure a lover of it all. He is the kind of dragon that could stay the whole day painting on the outdoors or perhaps visiting an art museum. Other thing he loves other then paintings is music. Ahh music is just something you can't live without and Caiuá here is a music lover, specially when it comes to classical music... His favorite opera is Carmina Burana and his favorite music from it would be 'Fortuna'.

Walking close to the amazon river you spot a really pretty pinkish flower that it's closed on the center of a huge green leaf that you can fit inside easily, you're about to take that flower when you hear a snapping sound behind you and you turn back seeing a green fluffy dragon who smiles at you, "beautiful flower isn't it?" he says sitting beside you, "you should see it when it opens up at night time" he  smiles again looking at the flowers and then looks back at you, "there is an old story the native men that roams this place tells about this flower" he said, "would you be interested in listening to it?" he asked with a smile, you nod in curiosity wanting to know about the pretty flower's story he smiles eyes bright in delight as he clears his throat, "well well let me see... Have a sit" he smiled as you sat and looked at the flower before looking around and then back at you as he starts the story.

"There is a story the pajés (a pajé is the leader of the native Tupi tribes that live on Brazil, he is also the spiritual leader) tells their people about this flower we call Vitoria Regia in Brazil. They say that at Night the Moon who is actually a god walks over the land in between the virgin girls and sometimes he falls in love with one of those girls and so he takes this girl he had chosen and transforms her into a star to live with him on the Sky kingdom.

"One day one of the tribe's chief daughter called Naiá heard this story and looking up to the sky fell in love with the moon. Desperate to become one of the stars on the sky Naiá waited until every one of the tribe was asleep before sneaking out and going on top of a hill and declare her love to the moon on the sky but the Moon nothing did to answer the girls cries and for days she would run behind the moon during the whole night hoping someday he would choose her to become a star as well.

"That therefore didn't happen" The dragon looks at you and smiles seeing your curious look before getting serious again, "and as the little princess feared the Moon didn't notice her and neither her cries that could be heard from far away.

"At this point the little princess was so sad that she escaped from home not wanting anyone to know about how she had failed and as she got away she ended up seeing a very bright thing coming from somewhere on the forest. She walked towards it and discovered the bright light was coming from a lake and that in fact it wasn't a simple light but the Moon's reflex on the water.

"The Princess now motivated by new hope was happy thinking the moon was there to turn her into a star and take her with him to the Sky's kingdom. She then ran towards the dark water and jumped in there." he then stopped and looks at you as you look back at him curiously, 'what happens to the Princess?' you ask.

"Well... The princess was never seen again" he answers, "it's believed that the little princess had drowned and died on the lake, and the moon transformed her into a star, but not on a star that inhabits the sky" he smiles, "a River Star... A beautiful white flower that grows only on rivers or lakes and only blossoms at Night time when the moon light touches it's petals, and at day time like now it closes up and turns this light pink color..." he sighed softly, "the flower is beautiful as the little princess was" he added.

"You liked the story?" he asks you and smiles happily as you nod, "well, I can tell you much more! Perhaps I could tell you about Yara, the goddess of the waters which turns men into stone... Or perhaps the Curupira, the spirit of the forest which has it's feet facing the opposite way? Well.., I could tell you all of that" he smiled standing up, "but those are stories for other time" he chuckles, "Good bye!" and with that he leaves you.

As he leaves you notice it's already night time and the moon light had reached the flower who now blossomed and you smile, the flower is definitively beautiful.

Details:

So... I got myself inspired by the old tales my mama used to tell me when I was little and this was one of my favorite ones in fact. The flower shown is the Vitoria Regia on which I don't know the name in English... Also all the Brazilian things on the form is because I myself am Brazilian and he is green which reminded me of forest and the amazing culture of the native brazilians :3. Thanks for hearing and I hope you enjoyed the story, I would sure add some more drawings but I haven't been able to draw recently and for my form I wish to have only my art after all I am the one trying for it so nothing more fair then having only stuff that I did in here.

Also, he reminds me of my strong will (because green is the color of will) and also of old Libyan flag which means a lot to me since I was in there when the war struck and all of that. Even though the war was bad I can say that the years I spent on Libya were special and some of the best ones ever.

"I dunno, some say I'm nice and caring..."
Kranz is a type of JBD that never shuts up, if you begin to talk to him, he will also talk, but if you ever wanted to stop the talking, he wouldn't stop, until he got bored. He is friendly around other JBD's, until you get onto his bad side and he snaps, but you will rarely see that side in him. He is a sweet and friendly male, who will always be willing to lend a helping tail to anyone who needs it, and he will do his best to help the ones he has to. Kranz always seems to be cheery and happy around other JBD's, and he has a friendly nature, so he will help other types of animals too. He is very cheery and happy as well, and other say that at some times, he can be a bit too cheery or a bit too happy for his own sake, but he doesn't care.
When Kranz does snap, you don't want to get in his way, as he will snap at you even if you were the one that made him go into what he would call his 'rage stage'. When he is like this, he can also be very stubborn around other JBD's, but as it was mentioned before, you will hardly ever see him like this. He doesn't like to be bossed around when he is like this, and this is also another time when he will snap at you if he is already snappy. Since he is stubborn, he never likes being told to do, and if you do try to tell him what to do, he will ignore you and not do what he is actually told.
Kranz, although it doesn't look like it, has a lot of different fears, his first fear would have to be spiders, he has always hated them but he doesn't know why. If you show him a spider of give one to him, he will just freeze and stare at the spider for a few moments before turning and running as fast as he can to get as far away as he can. Another fear is most bugs, he hates how they feel on his fur, and he hates the look of them too, there are only some types that he likes. His third fear would have to be heights, he hates being in high places, and he will often get dizzy and even be sick if he is in a high place.
Kranz's fourth fear would have to be anything like frogs, lizards, really anything that feels slimy or that has scales on it, but no matter what, he would help them. Another fear is the darkness, which is another unknown fear, since he doesn't really know why he has a fear of darkness, he just doesn't like it. He also hates being left alone by himself, if you leave this chatterbox alone he might get close to going really insane, he hates being alone. His last fear is silence, since he likes talking, he can't stand it when a room is silent and he will do whatever he can to make as much noise as he can.

"Umm...I'm right in front of you..."
His pelt has four different types of greens, one for the base of his fur, and the other three for all the different types of markings he has. His markings include a swirl or two, circles, and also the stripes on his tail too, he also has other markings in different types or shapes.

His eyes are a light type of red, they look like they are also going towards the colour pink.

Well, like most JBD's, he was hatched out of an egg the size of a Jellybean, but he grew, of course. He was raised by his mother and Father, his mother was named Blossom and his father was Taka. He had an older sister named SnowFall and a older brother named Trout. He lived happily with them for a while, until he was around the teen stage. His sister and brother were nearly old enough to leave, since they were twins. They said goodbye to their parents, but Kranz pleaded them to stay, and he said he didn’t want them to go. That is when one of the first disasters happened ; Humans had found them. Blossom and Taka tried to defend their children, but they got caught, and they were taken away, never to be seen ever again.
Kranz changed when his parents were taken, he turned to be a stubborn, mean and hurtful JBD, not even his brother or sister could help him. SnowFall and Trout continued to look after him, because they couldn’t bare to leave their little brother alone. One day, when Kranz was nearly an adult, he had an argument with Trout, which ended up in a fight. Kranz was the one that ended it, he threw his brother off him, and Trout hit face first into a sharp rock, and he died on impact. That was when Kranz realized that because he was so stubborn, it was the reason why his brother was dead. So Kranz tried to change his ways, and he did, hiding his stubborn and mean stage away, and bringing back the friendly, cheerful and sweet Kranz that everyone had known. His sister, SnowFall, was surprised by his change of behavior, but she knew he did it because he blamed himself for Trout’s death.
When Kranz was an adult, he wished his sister farewell and left her to be with her mate, and her son, who hadn’t hatched yet. He traveled for a long time, meeting over Jellybean Dragons on the way, and only one or two have seen him in what he calls his ‘rage stage’. Soon, he found a new place to live in, and he still lives in there to this day, he does not know what happened to his sister, her mate or her little son, all he knows that she actually had twins, and he had only seen one egg. SnowFall had told him that she had two sons, one was going to be named Trout, and the other was going to be named Greeny, since green is Kranz’s favourite colour.
