Personality:

Vier is quite the crazy, hyper, and to tell the truth, rather over the top dragon.
He just gets excited really easily, and, well, he doesn't calm down for quite a while.
He's super happy and proud and honored to be the 50th JMD,
but truly, I think he'd find something special about whatever number he was, not that that's a bad thing!
Vier's definitely a TOTAL optimist, glass half full kind of person.
He finds it really easy to find the good side of a situation, the silver lining on every cloud.
He's fun to be around, but for some people, his chatter and happiness can be quite annoying.
He doesn't mind though; if he irritates someone, he just finds someone else to chat with!
He's a really great socialite, and is never lacking in the friends category.
He's very eager to please, too, and he'll do almost anything to make someone happy.
