LIFE IN THE DAY OF BLOSSOM
Blossom woke up to the sound of a light shower that pitter pattered through the leaves of her thick tree, she stared out and embraced the full warmth of the cozy hollow. After a few minutes She decided she best go hunting for bugs or berry's, so Blossom stretched out her legs and slithered onto the branch the lay next to her hollow. She took a deep breath and she steadied herself and launched off into the air, her tail flowing behind her. Not even a minute passed before a easy meal was sighted, a large beetle lay on a smooth rock soaking up the little sunshine that had been present on this damp day. A quick zip down and it was snatched up before you could say irregular ferrets!
Blossom landed on a high thick branch and began to enjoy her well-hunted beetle, she considered that her days meal and went for a quick fly. The sun had decided to finally show it's face upon this earth once more, as Blossom sat on a rock warming up. Suddenly a large thud hit her eyes as she shot up to see a two-legged beast walk out of its den, with some bread it's paw, the beast seemed to be looking at her tree. This was not unusual, in fact, if was practically a daily routine. Blossom was still puzzled by the fact it was still trying to befriend her, but she of course flew near it and took some of its hunt, it was an odd taste. But she figured it would to her good.
After a while of being fed the two-legged-beasts hunt, she climbed up back to her hollow as the beast produced another loud thud and walked back into its den. The day had finished off with another strong storm, which again, gave her the moment to embrace the full warmth of her hollow. She curled up and rested her head on her paws and drifted off to sleep against the sound of rain, ready for another new day.
