Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this is the right format for a form. WBS said you would get disqualified if you had a form that was not homestuck style. I do not read homestuck so I have no idea if this is acceptable or not, but I still advise you to change it so that it is like the examples WBS has given. If not there is a chance you will get disqualified.
