Self-explanatory, really; Techno can be a bit of a flirt, sometimes. Sometimes this can be good, sometimes this can be bad. It can result in his reputation going just one step higher...Or it could result in a slap in the face.

If you asked him, Techno wouldn't be able to name all the girlfriends he's had in the past, as he just can't remember them! He just moves on too quick...and that also often results in a slap in the face. If the flirting didn't give him one, dumping a girl without even telling her is going to hit him hard!

He hates meek people who hate stunts, since they get in his way.
