He pricked his ears, hoping, yet not daring to hope, to hear that beautiful sound of the mare that was disturbing the stillness. It was then, as he looked to the tall, snowcapped mountains that he saw her, pure and dark and beautiful; screaming her defiance to anyone that would listen, that Roman knew he was in love with this defiant mare that had dared to disturb his valley of peace.

A beautiful Mer-horse came crashing through the waves to rescue him just as he plunged straight into the ice cold water, becoming not only his saviour physically… but also mentally. The very moment she laid him down on the rough, sandy shore and he looks into her sea green eyes, they knew they were meant for each other. Yes, their relationship together was sometimes difficult as she could not leave the salty water for long but he didn’t care as he would do anything to keep them together, whatever the cost.

She smiled at him and he smiled back. In a long time he wanted to talk to her.
He asked his female friend for edvice, and he followed them, and when he finally got to talk to her. It worked,
She liked him, he liked her, and they where alot together. But when he realized who actually loved him, was his best friend, his companion, his half soul. She was heart broken and he wanted to make it up by actually getting to know her better and he knew he was in love, for real.

Story: Busted was going along his usual business when he noticed a mare; she was nothing more than any usual mare, appealing to him no more than any others. He went to tell her to leave, but instead she spoke up, "Have you seen the fallen tree by the waterfall yet?" He stared at her in confused silence and she batted her eyelashes and softly whispered, "I'll meet you there."
He was doubtful, but met her regardless. And that was the start of a beautiful relationship, stronger than any other couple has known.


Heh heh, his name is Busted and the story ends with "I'll meet you there" because of a song that came on as I wrote this (band named Busted, song ended repeating "I'll meet you there".

Champion was walking around the herd, looking to find a spot of grass to call his own. He found small patch of long green grass that he fancied and started chomping away at it. But as soon as he did he got a hoof to the face; it was the most beuatiful mare he had ever seen.
"Hey! Get away! Don't come near me you stallion!" She screamed angrily at Champion, being quite mare-ish.
Champion just stood there, lovestruck, looking at her beautiful mane and her flowing tail... it was followed by another kick in the face.
