Background history: Painted like a warrior Tika was taken in as a native American tribe horse, and was broken in roughly, it is because of this he is very nervous and scatty.

Background history: Milk Chocolate was born in a patch of trees. His mother, tragically, died just after his birth. His father loved his mother deeply, and was struck terribly by her death. Looking for someone, anyone to blame, his eyes fell upon the newborn colt. This colt was the reason she was dead! He flew into a terrible rage, kicking poor Milk until he was bruised all over. Milk cried out, and finally mustered the strength in his tiny newborn legs to run into the forest. His father chased after, screaming angrily. Milk ran faster and faster, tears streaming down his face. His father realized, suddenly, what he had done. "Milk!" He cried anxiously. This colt was all he had left of his beloved mate. Oh, what had he done? He ran faster. But Milk, terrified, sprinted, keeping ahead of his father and then finally hid in a cave where he wouldn't be found. Eventually, after searching everywhere he could, Milk's father had to accept what the rest of the herd had expected all along; Milk had been taken, killed by some predator. Milk's father wept and wept. "It's all my fault."
But the herd moved on, and Milk knew nothing except that the large, imposing buck that had hurt him was gone.
Milk grew up in and around the cave, eventually meeting a filly who had also run away from her family. Her name was Cream Coffee, though he soon grew to calling her, My Cream. They fell in love with each other, and lived together in the cave, their lives full of simple happiness.
