Eee! The first Kiamara <3 This one has a very basic, simple design. ^^

What is a Kiamara?
A Kiamara is a canine-like creature, but they have long, rather soft fur, and an almost dragon-like tail. They are born with no horns, but a few who grow to have longer horns are born with tiny stubs on their heads. Kiamara can be extremely shy, and females can often be a bit grumpy. Don't worry– once you win their hearts, they will never stop loving you. Male Kiamara can be very quiet, but they love attention. Of course females do too, but the males thrive off of your love. They love to be praised.

Name

I'd name this gorgeous girl Aurore, which means 'aurora'. She's just so lovely, and her colors remind me of the bright, dancing Northern lights. <3

I believe she would be a girl. She's just so pretty, and elegant, she looks very feminine.

Why do I want her?

Why do I want her? Well, first off, I love the species. Their little fluffy tails, their horns...and the little feather accessories are just the icing on the cake. And your little description of them...they just seem so lovable. As soon as I saw your drawing, I knew, I NEEDED to try for one of these amazing little creatures, no matter what.

I also adore her design. Sure, it looks simple, but it's made up of so many little parts that work perfectly together. The spots are absolutely adorable, and I love how they change through different cool colors. And, these bright, lovely spots truly pop on her otherwise black and grey pelt. Her little feathers and grey paw tips just finish off this amazing, perfect design.

She's just so amazing...she deserves a loving, adoring home, not rotting away in a dusty old character thread, and I hope I'm the one chosen to give her that home. <3

Many reasons, I'll just name a few so I can keep this as short as it needs to be.

Design
I love the simplicity of this design, how the colors go so well together yet they are so different. The black and grey main pelt color is a wonderful contrast to the colorful splotches of rainbow colors that complete the design beautifully. I also adore in the design the small touches like the feathers and the grey-tipped feet, which make the design that much more interesting.

Again on the simplicity, the design flows on the Kiamara beautifully, the small dots and touches of color making her pop out in some places, practically lighting up the design. The design, not being complicated, makes her a wonderful subject for creativity- like a blank pallet. She could have any personality, be any gender, with so much things you could do with her. The beautiful simplicity of the design is what captivates me mainly.


Species
The species makes the design all that more perfect- it's a wonderful, adorable species that could be the most lovable thing ever or an incredibly mischievous and annoying little punk. I love how the she being a Kiamara lets me have freedom with personality and such, unlike other species where things like that can be determined before hand. And even though you, ~Apple~, have some pointers on personality, they are so perfect to my imagined personality for her.


Eyes
Okay, so I do agree it's kind of silly to do a section just on her eyes, especially since the only thing that makes them different from others is the color. And this is basically part of the design. But I love how they are compliment the design, and hint a friendly and outgoing personality, but is also cool and calm with their smooth, deep color that is bright when it catches the light, like a mirror into the soul. This is part of the reason I named her Reflection<3
