They mean to your forms. Like don't add a personality section, a favorite things section, ext. Just stick to Name, Gender, and Art. :3

I have a quick question, and I'm sorry if I sound silly asking this, but how is the artwork judged? Would you be rated more if you ordered or did some yourself?

It really depends. With ordered art, judging by the quality, I can make a vague idea how much CS value, (Pets, items, CS money) they put into it. With art drawn by yourself, it depends on the effort. I hope that was clear, let me know if you're confused bout anything. C:
