No, sorry, but that just means it hasn't been adopted. Not that it's open for forms. ^^'

Also, even if it were adopted, Hiccup isn't constantly there to update the list. She has better things to do, surely.

But when she clicked on the link, it didn't say forms closed, so she filled out a form.

She learned her lesson now, I think it's okay.
