Guki has been released! She's such a whirly twirly Lyte, though... I don't think she'll form into an animal without some gentle, calming attention. Maybe if you sang her a song or read her a book? ;3

I smile at the now released Lyte, which was then named as Guki. It seemed to fit the pink and black swirled being. I was just giddy with joy from making friends with the small creature. I just hoped that Guki would feel the same towards me. After all, I felt that Guki and I could become the best of friends sometime. My smile grew from the great thoughts, and I sat next to the creature. Having a bright idea, I looked at Guki.
"Would you like to read a book with me? You seem to have a reading like vibe." I smile and watched the little fuzzy looking creature float over to a book, and poke at it.
"That one?" I ask and carefully pick up the book. It was titled 'To Kill a Mockingbird.' I had remembered reading it before, and enjoying it immensely, I was pretty happy about Guki wanting to read it as well.

I move back to my comfortable, psychedelic colored bed, and sat down. I opened the book, moving to the first page, beginning to read in my readers voice. "Chapter one.
When he was nearly thirteen, my brother Jem got his arm badly broken at the elbow." I began, and continued to read to Guki.

After having finished the first three chapters of 'To Kill A Mockingbird', I had bid Guki a good night, and went to bed. I hoped Guki had a nice rest.

That morning, when I woke up, I looked around for Guki. I found her floating about. I grinned and walked over to her, smiling with joy, "How was your night, Guki? Did you sleep well?"
Walking over to a shelf after the greeting, I grabbed my MP3 and turned it on. I would find a song i could sing, and enjoy. Maybe Guki would like that. If Guki was somewhat like me, which I had a good idea that she was, then she would enjoy at least one of my songs. That's what I hoped for, at least.

I had finally found a song I could actually sing, and looked at the pink and black Lyte,
"Hows about a song? I have a certain one that would be fun to sing~ I'm sure you'd enjoy it as well." I saw the little Lyte glow brighter before going a bit darker. I took that as a 'yes'. Getting my adequate singing voice, I began slowly, getting used to the non-English tune. After all, I was rusty in my Japanese cover singing. Way rusty.

Daijoubu daijoubu odokete miseru boku wa
chiisana saakasu no na mo naki piero
I began, and ended, strongly. Yet, from no practice, my voice was still a bit raspy.
All I could do was hope the little Lyte liked the song, I would differ them. Depending on the days, I guess.

"I got it! Next time, Guki, you can choose which song~" I smile at the Lyte, my face telling many joys.

Guki watches and listens intently, fizzing slightly with excitement at the amusing and exciting parts. She likes the girl's antics in the books and truly seems to be enjoying the sound of your voice!

Guki bobs gentling up and down in time with the music, her glow pulsing in a second beat. She seems to genuinely enjoy listening to your voice and is obviously overjoyed at being promised to hear it singing again. She likes the idea of picking the song, and makes a slight fizzing sound with excitement.

I grinned, she really did spread a happiness.
"Well, Guki, let's read the next couple of chapters, no?" I took the book out, and opened to the page where we had ended.
"Chapter 5." I cleared my throat and began to read the words aloud, to where Guki could easily hear. Reading always calmed me down, just being entranced in the words that the author wrote, made you feel alive.

Still reading, I glanced at the Lyte next to me, smiling as the words poured out of my mouth. I think, we both really enjoyed this book.

(Sorry, I've been neglecting to post ^^; Anyways, To Kill a Mockingbird, is one of the best books I've read. I love the way the author wrote it, and everything. I think it was a really great book~

Below is a post to make up for the neglect. I shall title things like that, "Special" :3 You don't have to respond to them, should you not want to :3)

I had been gone for a while, in fact, it had been several days that I hadn't seen Guki. I wondered if she felt sad, or something. I felt particularly horrible for not telling her anything, or having a chance to, at least. But, an apology would need to be in order, and with an apology from me, came a gift. Of course, it was only to apologize for the absence.

I opened my door, and walked in, looking for Guki. "Guki! Are you there?" I called out, looking for the lyte in ever nook and cranny I could think of. A horrible thought befell my mind, and I began searching quicker, and more aggravated than before. I hoped she didn't do what I thought she did. I looked around everywhere in my room, and outside, still finding no trace of the Lyte, my friend. Sitting on the couch, thinking, was all I was doing now. I had given up on ever finding her. I would run away too, if my owner left me for several days. I would feel horrible.

Soon, I got up and walked back to my room, my heart sinking each step I took. I was such a horrible owner. Nothing could change that, I could have at least brought Guki with me! I sat on my bed, and was about to lay down before I thought I saw something pink, with a black swirl. I stood up immediately, moving the cover aside to look around. I didn't see anything, and blamed it all on my mind.

Sitting back on the bed, I stared at the sheets a moment, before deciding to lay down once more. My head hit the pillow, my hair flurried around me. I closed my eyes, trying to get the thoughts to swirl around someone else. Suddenly, I felt something tickle my nose. Thinking it was my hair, I reached for it, trying to pull it away. The thing wouldn't budge. I groaned and opened an eye, to see what the problem was.

There she was, the pink with a black swirl, Guki. I couldn't have been happier. She didn't leave me, and was right there. Tears began to form at my eyes, and I swiped at them impatiently, not wanting the vision to blur. "Oh, Guki! I missed you! I thought, that you had run away, and I- I was just horrified. I mean, what if s-some cat managed to get to y-you! I couldn't bear the thought, and I was just worrying like crazy." I ranted to the little lyte, before shutting my mouth.

A while after the waterworks, and forgiveness, me and Guki were lying in bed, staring at the top of it. I murmured quietly to her, "Hey, I forgot to give you the gift I brought you. Remind me tomorrow, M'kay?" I smiled at her, and yawned.

I yawned after waking up a couple of minutes ago. Guki had probably woken up already, and was off somewhere else. I remembered the gift I had brought for her, and got up changing into more... suitable clothing for the morning. Walking out of my room, I had an energetic grin on my face.

Walking back in after a couple of minutes, I had something held behind my back. I was holding it gently, as if it would break if I applied too much pressure, which it would. Calling out, "Guki! Come here, I have something to show you!" I continued to walk up the stairs, to see Guki.

Walking into my room, I carefully checked on it, making sure it was fine. Looking around, I saw the lyte floating near the bookshelf, must have wandered over there I thought to myself. Walking over, I moved to my knees, looking at her. "Look, Guki."
I presented the jar in front of her, and in it sat another lyte. This one, named Clockwork, was brown shades. It had a clockwork/steam punk type marking in the middle.

"I had a spell implemented on the jar, it should disappear in a couple of-" the Jar disappeared, as I had said, and the Lyte was free to wander. I grinned, turning to Guki,
"See? Now you have a friend, we can all be friends now~" I smiled, hoping she would enjoy the company of another lyte.
