As Shard entered the cave O’Lonna rushed up and fussed over him asking things like: Oh, did you hurt yourself? Or: Was everything alright? Or: Did you see any symptoms of hypothermia? O’Lonna was always like that. Fussing over him and doting on him. It was humiliating.
All the young wolves were staring. “O’Lonna,” Shard groaned “I’m fine, now let me be!” he quickly leapt away, fleeing from the sound of the others’ laughter.
Shard fled to his nest to burry his head and dround out the taunting calls
