What is a Jellybean Dragon?
A Jellybean Dragon is a fluffy, friendly dragon that hatches from a jellybean-like egg. Their diet consists of fruits and insects, but they also love sweets and desserts. Their fur is soft and long, usually brightly colored and it's always neat and shiny. Jellybean Dragons are gentle and happy, and love attention. Most are Great Dane-sized when they are fully grown, but some of them can grow as big as a cow. All Jellybean Dragons have pouches on their bellies, which they use to carry around food or younger JBDs.

I went with the Romaji reading sence his name in the end means daring. Truth, this little Jelly Bean Dragon the first moment I seen him I easily thought to myself that I needed a name for him that would be unlike another. The elements where used, sports was not my style, but the past few moments daring came into my mind. I thought a good time about his name, and in the end I just had to stick with Futeki which is said the way it is seen so. Fu-tii-ka. Thats his name in Romaji reading which is daring.

He doesn't really know anything shorter then his name, though some also call him the Daredevil sence he is easy in the face of dare. Although, sence he usual only goes by his name which is said above he doesn't really use this name often then his original.

Really I could see this little design female really. So of course it would be a male for his gender. The colors of yellow, red striped, and the little add on's can't make him a female which I think he would do well either way. Though, conisdering his design I couldn't see him anything other then the male he is.

Blue knit hat that rests against my horns-> I got this item from my mother who died shortly after my birth, so my father who wanted to give me a memory of her skills as well as talent he gave me a hat she made herself with one of her past time. He told me one day she was making for her son when I hatched, but I never got it from her when I was born. So now I wear it always even if its color is a high stand out against the trees and leaves of a forest.
Lip piercing-> I really don't remember this, but I guess it was a dare form one of my friends awhile ago so I got one. I guess after that I never took it off, but other then the dare I can't remember much of why I earned it other then maybe a dare like usual.
Blue Scarf-> Also made by my mom shortly after the hat was completed.
Handcuffs-> No, before you ask i did not escape out of prison. Right now I want to make this the newest statement that handcuffs are cool on your wrists, so in my own personal joke as well as secret I got the handcuffs for myself. No one dared me, or asked me too. I got them myself, and still no one has yet got the joke or clue with my handcuffs.

The reason I want this Jelly Bean dragon is, first off I have not seem another that got my to click the image fast enough then this one. Something about that curious glint in the red eye that stared at me, or the way he was created got me easily to the page. The reason I want him though is I want this boy to be my first Jelly Bean Dragon. I have not yet owned a JBD yet for the reaosn of finding the perfect one. This one I had to try to go for the moment I layed eyes on him. He was the one who captured me, brought to this page, and gave me high hopes for trying my best to lay down effort for his design that sparkled with so much worth. I can see him becoming a great character. For my finishing off, I just want to say those are the reasons I picked him of all the dragons. He is intresteding, different, unknown, and worth so much great potential here that I can do. I think he is special, and I honesty do love the colors you used.

Hum. Good question. I plan on using him in a story besides my first one of his life from start to end on a form. The really reason I want to begin a story with him is really I can see almost a good plot line in my head ever single glance I steal at his design. The first thing I have decided on would be a story. Secondly, he would earn a spot in my own character thread so he can be noticed, and treated for as a rightful first Jelly bean dragon. He would get art drawn by me, friends, art trades, and buying myself, and I will even make sure to do a pick of doddles with his friends he makes along the way. His favorite food would have to be pop-rocks the candy. He loves how it just sizzles in your mouth, or the popping sound he hears on his tounge. Its always been his favorite food ever sence a halloween treat he got from a friend. So now he thanks his friend of this great candy, and always enjoys a bag of pop-rocks where ever he goes. Though, his best kind of the fruit ones the best.

Soda. Though, Grape to be more on the mark. Futeki always enjoys a bit of soda ever single day, and does not mind it at any times of the day he drinks it in. Usually, he will drink away the grape before you had any to drink, but due to his liking for the fruit like soda he has been needing to cut back to go to water which he sneaks in drops of soda inside the water. Its true he loves his soda, but he is enjoying the water as well when he needs to. Though a secret, he can drink water and go without soda for days, he is just lazy that he does not wish to.

The reason he picked this song as his favorite was the reason this song holds for himself. This song brings out all the doubts, pains, and troubles in a life that he might come against. Though, after the start of the list it speaks out that life is beautiful just like it is ment to be. The lyrics even match up to his life, and even though he would pick a different song there is no other he would pick them this one which goes with his life.

It would be a tie between singing his favorite songs, or reading. He may not look like the part of a reader, but in truth he would always enjoy a nice good long book to running, or hanging out with others, any day. The books he enjoys most is fantasy, paranormal, and fiction books that drag him into another world to where this one is fiction to where the book is real. The longest book he has read has been about 532 pages, and then the most books has has read to date has been maybe forty in total which is about more then plus two hundred pages in size. Next, his top favorite past tiem woudl be singing out his favorite songs. Any music is a good song it is has a good tune, or goes with his mood at the moment to fill in the empty space to him. Country, and songs he can't understand is not the ones he usual goes for. Though, he will go with rock and roll, pop, violen at times, japanese for the melody, jazz in a sad mood, and anything like he said before has a good tune to him. To date his playlist is about fifty songs, and all are somewhat in tune with himself.

Hum, not a tough one, but that would Be The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod. Unlike the rest of the books he sits down to read in his orange plushie chair, this one for him always makes him grab it back for more. This one unlike the rest tells a tale about a highschool vampire who has to go though his last year of middle school then into highschool with each year getting stranger, and deadly. He has foes, friends, and past secrets that comes back to grab you for the next. And, even in Futeki's own words when I asked him about the book he said. "Unlike others I have to read this one!" then he began to read the line again, and well the next few hours he didn't come down before I found him asleep with the book on his face. Truth, he loves the book by the plot, idea, and twists each turning page.

Currently, as of now he just likes watch Anime late at night, or during the day time when he is not busy with anything else he may have. I guess he just likes the way the anime is made or designed, but he does like DC Nation on Saturdays, or Cartoon Network at times as well. Its not really a certain show he likes, but he does enjoy watching Superhero shows most of all.

Akakios is a Greek name meaning 'not evil'. I think it fits him because even though he has his mischievous side he would never want to harm anything or anyone. And that's how I see him. A rebellious yet kind dragon who has his darkness but isn't evil in the least of bits. For me, evil means your darkness overpowers your kindness, or you would rather be greedy than save another's life.

There isn't much choice when nicknaming Akakios, and however much you might want to call him 'Fluffy', it unfortunately annoys him quite a lot so I advise you just shorten his name. He always mentions it's nice to hear someone nickname you: It feels like they care about you.

"Huh, seems there's loads of people who like me."
I don't really know what brought me to this Jellybean dragon's page. Maybe it was the fact he seemed quite different from the others, with his punk-like looks and dark eyes. Maybe even the fact I found the accessories chosen interesting. I seriously have zero idea but I clicked on it and I found myself staring for a long time. You see, it takes time for me to choose whether to submit a form for something or not. A really long time. I seek very special jellybean dragons to actually make me decide to try out for them. After a while of keyboard tapping and chewing on my pencil I gave caution to the wind and started to draw some art. Slowly drawing his colours and adding his items though, I found myself getting more and more attached to his simply but sweet design. And you see, as I am typing this, I'm wondering why. Maybe it's because I can identify myself in him. I think my rebellious side would look exactly like he does right now and I do not regret trying out for this wonderful dragon.

"Wouldn't it be fun to be the protagonist?"
First step after I win this jellybean dragon: Squeal like a little girl and fall off my chair. No, I'm being serious, I really am. He is too gorgeous for words. Well, it's hard to predict the future if I actually do win him: I think the first step would actually decide on a storyline for my jellybean dragon story. There's one problem with it right now: There's only one character, and that's my first dragon, Almond Biscuit. But he would fit the missing role.. Perfectly? Incredibly well? I don't know how to describe it, but first off I love writing. As you can see by the multiple paragraphs in this post. But I daresay a jellybean dragon as amazing and personality-full as this one need a spotlight somewhere. And that's where my story starts. Of course I'd love to do art of him as well, for he isn't one of those incredibly complicated designs one can never remember. And because I find him this amazingly simple, I think he'd fit perfect in a story's spotlight.
Also, I am one avid roleplayer. I can already see myself roleplaying Akakios for he is full of personality and ideas radiate off him. He'd also do well in roleplaying crowds because he can stand out in a perfectly good way.

Akakios' loves books. He may not look like it, but his favourite place is a library, surrounded by facts and stories. He loves fantasy fables with a passion, but one stands out in his mind, called The Tale of Desperaux. Its about a mouse, a princess, a rat, and a girl who cant hear very well. Akakios loves this book because it just explains that however dark the tunnel might seem there's always some light. You just need to find it.

"Hm? Food you ask? Candy of course!"
However serious he might get at times there's always one thing for Akakios to cheer up with, and that is candy. Lollipops, candied apples, licorice, whatever the candy he'll be up to eating it. Although it's bad for his teeth he doesn't seem to have much problem with having candy everyday. He seems to be one of a kind in the fact he will seriously eat any type of candy. Lollipops and candied apples are his favourites.

"Heh, I'm the quiet type, I don't really play sports... Though ice skating's fun."
Akakios might seem adventurous at first but he's really sweet and would read a book over playing sports any day. Sadly thing like rugby, running or soccer do not interest him, though he's a pretty good ice skater. Even though he could learn he finds no interest whatsoever in sports. He doesn't seem to get chubby though, even with his tons of candy. I wonder why.

I really love his handcuffs and lip ring. Though not much of a fan of the hat and scarf, it sort of completes the look. The colors match in a splendid way. I really seem too go for the punk themed JBDs but this is the first one I've seen up for adoption. He would be my first JBD I think he's very unique to the other dragons. I'd love to own him as much as everyone else who tried out for him and make sure he wouldn't be forgotten.

Well, i was going to convince myself to find my little Milo a mate, and not adopt anymore JBDs, just have some little baby JBDs, but this little guy was just so cute, i had to try out. I had to. He is so adorable, no matter how much of a punk he is, he's just an adorable little boy. Who seriously couldn't love this guy? I agree with all the other people who have posted so far, that he is so fudging adorable. (Yes i like fudge, so fudge is mah word. o3o) To have him as mine would be so amazing you wouldn't even know. Definitely a big punk JBD. He thinks he's really tough, though he is normally tough, he just thinks he's way tougher than he actually is. He will protect his friends and family no matter what. "Even though sometimes he's as scary as a baby penguin" as Niall Horan would say. :') Seth is real calm, funny, and out going around most people. Like you know, he doesn't act like a little punky JBD, around some people. Such as his Family. Though if you mess with him, your gettin' yourself inta' trouble. Seth likes to normally sit around and listen to music on his iPod. Now you'd think JBDs don't have iPods, and don't know even how to use one, because that's what i thought. But apparently this little guy is a big smarty pants, just doesn't like to show it.








He Lives with his Dad and little brother, in a nice forest home. Basically, the forest is their home. Of course they have their sheltered home made amazingly out of wood from cut down trees. And the whole forest is their backyard. A few miles away in the middle of the forest is a little cleared out area where about 10 other Animals all live in their own separate homes, but in the same area. Sometimes he lives a tough life when something just gets to him, or he goes through something hard, but most of the time he's happy and always hanging out with his friends telling jokes, listening to music, and letting everything out, not holding in anything, like, anger, or sadness. His whole group of friends understand people need to let out their emotions sometimes, so they don't make fun of the JBDs that cry or anything. :3 They all act very mature normally. Unless they're telling jokes.. xD His whole life is music. Thats what it is. Music, music, music, music. All day. He's always saying how he just couldn't live without it. : )

Male

When your eyes land on Colton for the first time, a few words quickly cross your mind. Punk, bad boy, jerk. Words that describe him as being someone who is mean, someone who doesn't listen to the rules and doesn't care about what happens. A cold hearted, stone minded, JellyBean Dragon. One who only cares about himself, and isn't afraid of hurting another. I mean, the ring on his lip is one thing, but the cuffs on his paw is way beyond that. Something that really sets others on edge, and makes them fearful of Colton.
But actually, that is the total opposite of this JellyBean Dragon. Colton may not look it, but really, he is one of the nicest dragons you'll run into. He is very gentle and sweet, and very smart aswell. Colton is one to treat others fairly at times, and does his best to make others happy. An upset JellyBean Dragon isn't one others want to deal with. Colton knows this, so he likes to make others smile, and cheer them up when he can.

Colton likes a few things, but that doesn't mean he dislikes a lot.
To start off, he has always liked running. Pushing his strengths and speed to the highest it can go, feeling the air hit him in the face, making his eyes water. Some might not enjoy that experiance, but Colton does. He also likes the feeling of his stomach dropping. Yeah, another thing most don't enjoy. But Colton likes to live every day like it is his last, pushing everything he does until he's perfect at it.
Colton as always been interested in magic, illusions, and jokes. He likes to think about the others and how they managed to pull of their stunt or trick. With that in mind, Colton wants to have that same affect on others as others to do him. He wants other JellyBean Dragons to stop for a few moment, trying to figure out how he did a certain illusion. That's why there are handcuffs hanging from his paw. In the middle of a trick, he wasn't able to get them off, and never cared about breaking them. So now they hang from his paw, which usually causes others to give him strange looks.
Colton also enjoys music, and bugs. Yes, two different things summed up in one paragraph. Music has always been something Colton loved, and ever since he was little, bugs have had the same effect. Maybe it's because crickets make a musical sound that these two subjects are together. Whatever the case, Colton loves these two things, and will continue to love them throughout his life.

Really, Colton dislikes only one thing. Since JellyBean Dragons are light and happy creatures, it's not unlikely for one to have little amounts of dislikes. The one thing Colton does dislike? Being judged.
Just because he has cuffs hanging from his paw and a lip ring, doesn't mean he's some scary creature that you shouldn't be around. He wants others to look at him from the inside, instead of the outside. It's hard to show others that you're a sweet and nice guy when they're all afraid of you, or picking on you. Colton tries to block it all out, and stick to those who are curious enough to figure out his true personality.

Well, who wouldn't want him?
Once I heard that we would have four JellyBean Dragons, I was estatic. I had room for more JellyBean Dragons that could join into my little family. Of course, I already have two, so that meant I would have only room for two more. So I've been sitting back lately, making sure I only try out for a JellyBean dragon that really captures my attention. Of course, I couldn't help but place a form in once I saw this lovley guy. He is just so amazing, and his design is lovely. Not to mention, the JBD's I own now are both girls, and I really need a guy to balance things out.
His items gave me a lot of insperation, a good idea for his personality. He is just so brilliant, and I can see you put a lot of effort into his design. The shade of red is amazing when put together with all those cream colors, and his blue eyes.

If I get Colton, there are three important things I would do for him. Other then loving him, of course.
First I would save his pictures and put him in my character thread. I dont want him to just sit here, and I dont want to come across his picture in my folders every once in a while. My character thread is on it's own website, so it wont be spammed by people or washed over by other forms. It's clean and easy to find, making it an ideal place for characters. He will go under my 'Other Creatures' tab, and it's not just his picture going there. He will have a small paragraph that gives good information about him.
Next I would put him in the roleplay. Three is the highest I've gone when it comes to roleplaying, so I won't have trouble roleplaying Colton. Although, I havent roleplayed a male in a long time, so this will prove as a new and exciting experiance. I look forward to bringing out this boy's personality in the roleplay.
Last, but not least, I will get art of him. Surprisingly, there are so many good artists who like to make JellyBean Dragons, so I wont have a lot of trouble getting art of them. Colton's art will be saved to my computer, shared on the fanclub, placed in the character thread, and it will also be seen in my siggy.
