Aww, I only just noticed her here, she is really sweet and pretty. But unfortunately I'm trying out for three of horsey1050's Wild Mountain Equids, and they all require art. Wow I'm already working my head off because I gotta finish it all soon. Otherwise if I didn't already have so much art to do I would try for her but oh well..

All right, I've made up my mind. I'm going to try for this girl. :3 I love all of them so much, and it was hard to pick the one that I really REALLY wanted to be mine, but now I'm thinking this is it. It would also mean so much to me to have the first adoptable AWE ever...not that I wouldn't want her even if she were very common.

I'll fill out a form as soon as I get the chance.

▪ Whelkon Name: Mirage

▪ History (200 words max): Mirage was born into a group of Whelkons, before the human plague. She grew up a little without any harassment, until the human plague came. She managed to hide, but a few others weren't so fortunate, and both her parents were captured. Never to be seen again, they were lost. Mirage tried to find other Whelkon, and finally managed to find a few others, where she lived for a little while. After some time, the humans left, assured that they had only left the smartest and fastest behind. The ones that they couldn't catch.
But, they weren't safe yet.
More humans came.
But these, these were very different. They didn't seem interested in capturing them by force, not like the other humans. Mirage had decided that she liked them, and was the first to approach the strange creatures. Surprisingly, they wanted to keep her, but not as a profit and slave, but more as a companion and a friend. Maybe they'd stay in the forest, but they might leave. Still, Mirage really was interested in these strange creatures, and thought that maybe she could be the first to unite them.
But to whom?
That question has yet to be answered.

▪ Why you want this Whelkon (Few sentences): Why wouldn't I want this little beauty? She's absoloutly amazing, and one of the first of her kind. These adoptables are gorgeous, and I'm surprised that they don't have more stalkers, but I'm sure that'll change in a little itty bitty bit. This Whelkon also reminds me of myself a little, but I don't really want to explain it all since it's super personal and I don't really want to post it here. She has many of the same colors that I do; my hair color is her main color, the lightest color is the color of my skin {yea I know. Snow White's got nothin' on me} and sometimes I wear that shade of red in a shirt, but my eyes aren't that color, though that would be really cool. :3
Mainly, I love her because she seems so powerful, silent, strong, and a little sad. Beautiful.
