Nickname: Doe, like the female deer.
Voice: Donut has a very interesting voice. When you first hear it, it's a soft as a dove and elegant as an angel when she sings or whispers. But, her regular voice is very ragged and gruff. When singing harshly or yelling, it can sound very strong, and she can make her voice go very loud, but not very high.
Age: She is rather young, in estimation in human years, she would be about 15 near 16.
Favorite Book: Julie of the Wolves. She loves the main character, the wolves, and the overall plot. She can really understand how the girl feels, her hopeless feelings and desperation, her hope and longing.
Favorite Movie: The Hunger Games. The book made her convulse and have nightmares for three days because of her rough past, but she found the movie enjoyable and well-done after she overcame her huge fear of it. The thought of sending your children to a fight to the death is a horrifying thought, but she has to say that Katniss is her favorite character of all time, and she loves the romance.
Favorite TV Show: She doesn't watch TV. It doesn't entertain her, especially when she sees things like animals being caught and killed. She despises hunting.
Personality: She appears sweet and peppy, but really, inside she's dying, most of the time. Depression sinks in at the wierdest times, though on the outside she is really cheerful. When she doesn't think about it, she feels cheerful, but then she remembers something sad and it starts over again. A miserable cycle, but she's learned to live with it.

She's had several people take advantage of her kindness and forgiveness. She doesn't trust, but she is overall nice and decent to others. She's energetic, but she doesn't really run around much, so that energy builds up inside her until she uses it for something else. Like anger. She lost her brother at a young age, her beloved brother that she still dreams of at night. He was older than her, her guardian almost, protecting her and making sure she was okay. He used to sing like her, sweet and deep, but Donut's singing has never really been around much, except for when her brother sang or she was truly overjoyed.

She doesn't believe this world has much mercy, and she believes everyone, including herself, has a cold heart. She is a pacifist, however, so she doesn't beleive in violence.
She's taken to poetry and music writing, writing music for her two adopted sisters, Citrus Star and Demeter. She sings songs about horror and misery when in a bad mood, and happy and melodic songs when in a good mood. Her two "sisters" cheer her up when she's depressed, considering running away or just plain crying in a dark, hidden place. They all make each other happier, and she doesn't know what kind of a person she'd be if they weren't around for her.
The one thing she has a bitter, deep-seated hatred for, though, is humans. She hates them. They killed her brother and her previous owners, which of course were humans, dumped her and her family out of the house when sthey grew tired of them. Her family, when they got into a fight with two other JBDs, fled to different places. Her mother ran off to a river with her father, hoping their daughter and son would follow, but unfortunately they got lost looking for them and stuck together to stay alive. They fought a lot at first in stress, but soon her mellow brother stopped them with an apology and a promise to keep both of them alive. They lived in an abandoned house for a few months, before the bombs came. Small bombs, of course, but bombs to drive out any JBDs in abandoned houses so they could use that land for something else. Her brother died then, protecting her, and she ran out cursing her heart out at the humans before she had to run from the final bomb. The bomb that destroyed anything left remaining in the house.
But, on a happier note, she met her parents while traveling before she lived with Citrus and Demeter.

.:SWEET:.
From the first time you meet Maraschino, you know she is sweet. Everything about her is sweet. She is extremely nice, she could never say a mean thing to purposely hurt someone. She loves loves loves to give hugs. She is a very happy, optimistic, and friendly JBD.

.: DETERMINED:.
Mara is very determined - especially when it comes to not being allowed to have a sweet, or someone hurting her friends in any way. Once she sets her mind to something, she is determined to do it, and nothing you do can or will change her mind.

.:GENTLE:.
She is very gentle around others. Them, and their feelings, as she herself is frail/delicate and should be treated well. She is smaller than other JBDs, and not very strong, physically. Despite what you may think because of her determined mind, her feelings can get hurt easily, she just doesn't let it show. Because she is so gentle, she is good around children, or delicate crafts, etc.

Mara is very thoughtful. She thinks before she acts, an important characteristic many don't have. This helps her avoid drama, which she despises, and helps solve drama/problems. She also loves to imagine the craziest but good things, she loves to daydream - she is also smart, because of this. (Not necessarily book smart, though she is not bad at that) Most of all, she cares about others, and the things around her.

Cherry is addicted to sweets. She loves them. Candy, Icecream, Cake, etc. She tries to make it healthy, if she can, by adding yummy fruits - such as maraschino cherries, her favorite! If you take away her sweets, or don't offer her any, etc. you better watch out!

More specific than just sweets, she loves cherries of course. Other than that she love Neapolitan Ice Cream. (She looks a bit like it) She also loves fruit salad. Yum!

One of her favorite hobbies is baking. She loves to wear her little cooking apron and chef hat. Her very favorite thing to make is Chocolate meringues. They are so poofy, and delicate, and crunchy, and yummy, she says.
She is also very talented at decorating cakes with icing. She makes it so detailed and perfect.

Why I like her/What I will do with her:
This is my first time to ever try for a JBD. I've seen them before, and have really wanted one, I just never thought I'd actually win one. When I saw this one...I knew that I was going to try for her, I had to. I absolutely love her colors and her design, it's so simple yet original. As I've been making this form, I've really come to love her even more. Who ever gets he is truly lucky. If I was lucky enough to get her, I would take very good care of her. She would be a treasured character of mine. I would order lots and lots of art for her, including making lots myself. I would display her for all to see her beauty in my signature. I may even write some short stories about her. She will be loved. <3

Ichigo (Means strawberry in Japanese :3)

Personality

Her personality is a happy go lucky JBD and she is quite energetic. Ichigo is bright, cheerful, and very playful around others. She can be very social with others and gets along with others well. It is very rare for her to get upset with others or something else, since her bright, cheerful personality is mostly what is taken up of her. When Ichigo is upset, she will hide herself away until she feels better again, when she is better, she continues to play normally. Ichigo overall is quite a playful and happy Jellybean Dragon.

Likes

Ichigo likes to eat berries, mostly red ones, to keep her fluffy, red fur that glow. She also likes to have friendly competitions with others, such as races or who can score the most in a specific game they choose to play. She likes this because she enjoys working off some energy she has. Ichigo also likes to be around other bright colored Jellybean Dragons because she is one herself. Ichigo's favorite berry is a raspberry, blended with a bit of strawberry, to make the flavor sweet.

Dislikes

Ichigo dislikes sour berries, such as blackberries, because she likes sweet food. She also doesn't like darker colored Jellybean Dragons because she thinks of their personalities as dark, sneaky and aggressive. Ichigo doesn't enjoy eating pears, lemons, limes and grapefruit, because its sour to her.

Why I like Ichigo

I like her because bright, colorful designs to me are appealing. The colors also blend in together very well, I am attracted to this too. She also appeals to me as something different, from what I've seen, and I seem to like this. Her design is quite simple, fun and colorful, in my opinion of course. The colors, in my opinion, are most attracting and catch my attention. :3

What I plan to do with Ichigo

I plan to make her a char for me, because I love bright and quite colorful designs, dark designs are okay, but I prefer the bright designs personally, as said above. If she ends up being mine, I can make a section for her on my characters, link in siggy, and order art of her just like I do with my other characters, since she is a wonderful Jellybean Dragon. :3

This is my first time trying out for a JBD, I don't think I'll win, but at least I'm trying. :3

gender- A girl, of course.

age- I am middle-aged, if I were a human I'd be around 40.

favorite book- Matilda, by Roald Dahl. I love it because it is whimsical but written in a simple, straight-forward manner that makes it almost believable!

theme song- I don't really listen to music (I'd much rather read a good book) but if I had to pick one song to describe me, it would probably be Unwritten, by Natasha Bedingfield.

personality- The one thing that you must know about me is that I love to read. Possibly my favorite thing to do is just curl up in bed in the evening and read. I love fantasy, it's like you've entered a whole new world. I also like to learn about things in the real world, I'm very interested in ancient history. I am creative, and sometimes I write, although I really am not an artist... at all.

Some people say I can be a little know-it-all-ish. I have to admit that is true, I am always looking for chances to show what I know. I always try to be polite though, I can be a little sensitive when others snap at me or get mad. I am always very, very careful to make sure I don't violate any rules or offend anyone. Frankly, it bothers me a lot when others ignore me or snap. It also annoys me when I am interrupted when I'm reading or trying to do something.

I don't mind rules- when they make sense. I hate it when pointless rules are made or when people boss me around. Although I will follow rules, of course, I also like to do what I want. I hated being herded around and told what to do like I'm two. I don't really enjoy being in crowds, I'd rather just be alone with a friend or two. I love debating and getting a chance to hear other opinions.

why i want her- Red Velvet caught my eye. Her bright, but pastel coloring is gorgeous, and it contrasts without clashing. She is just amazing.
