I have admitely no idea how Horses are measured. I've never owned one nor been with them. So I'd have no straight off knowledge.

Edit: I've looked really quick while it did not occure me to do this before who knows. I think 13.1 would be more appropiate considering what I've read this morning; which isn't much as I'm still half a zombie and jet lag. Sorry about this all. At least I figured how much exactly a hand is. ;3
