Story:
Charles ran though could not make it. he knew it, too. As he reached the clearing, he jumped of some rock but was caught on the leg. he skidded back and fell on is leg and dragged back. as he was dragged his leg was gashed open. he lost consciousness because of the pain. he didn't even know who or what was chasing him.

my eyes fluttered open. a first every thing was out of focus. i tried to focus my eyes. focused. unfocused. focused. unfocused. focused... i held my head, which hurt pretty badly. i got up but fell due to a sharp pain in my leg. i looked down there was a nasty oozing scab. i yelped. "w-wha? w-who?" i stuttered. "ahahahaha" a voice crackled, "look who's awake. quite a nasty fall sir." the stranger stepped forward. he was old and holding a gun, he was wearing sunglasses that showed the top part of his red, evil eyes. i ignored the pain and ran but jerked back he chained my tail. i looked up at him helplessly hoping he wouldn't shoot me. "i just wanted to SEE your face when i shot you." he laughed, "What's the matter my boy?" That's when i noticed all the dead animals. stuffed, pelts hanging on walls, even a POLAR BEAR rug. the rug was complimented by elephant feet stools. i grimaced and growled under my breath. i am so gonna get this guy- oh wait right... i looked up and stared at his ugly wrinkled face. his teeth were crooked and he was many scars. i wished i could have game him about a billion more and left him to bleed slowly to death. too bad i was the one to die. i shut my eyes and thought of plans. my thoughts were interrupted as i thought of my crush Alice... No i was going to fight. i leaped toward him and reached far enough to bite the gun. tried to pull him closer. he shot. i let go, closed my eyes, and yelped. i opened them i didn't feel pain well i felt pain in my leg but i down. he accidentally shot the chain and broke it. "w-what? N-NO!" he tried to shoot me but i was too quick, i pounced on him grabbing the gun. i growled. he started running but i whipped my tail and the chain wrapped around his foot. as he tumbled to the ground, i bit him hard on the leg. kind of revenge for my leg. he curled up in a ball cussing. next thing i knew i killed him. i lost control. when i came to my senses i smirked at the torn up body. no more killing helpless animals. i grabbed his sunglasses and put them on. i slid of the chain with the wet blood. i slightly felt but but that idiot was going to kill me. i spat on his body and left through the window.
A couple years later
everyone stayed alive. Alice, yeah, still my crush but, maybe, someday we will be mates... i leaped down off of a large rock and trotted to the rest of the jbd group. everyone looked up to me and i was proud. the sunglasses still on me i smiled i was there leader and protector and i was happy. i looked at my leg which was healed and fur was growing back. i smiled again, yeah.. life is going to get better i know it. and i walked off with my new owner.
