EDIT: Here we are! It's my first stamp ever, using only the Snipping Tool, Internet Explorer, and GIMP. Took me three hours of Youtube and DeviantArt tutorials just to figure it all out. :p Hope you like it!

Well...this is the first stamp i've ever made and i think it turned out good using my new windows 7 paint system! Sorry, no fancy animations for me since i'm the worst person to function a computer..But i did add a pic, your signature so it isn't considered art theft, and a frillfires sign. c: How can i make it link back to the main thread by the way?

To everyone having difficulty making a stamp, I have written some instructions. This is how I created my first stamp:

1. Open GIMP. If you do not already have the newest version of GIMP on your computer, you can download it for free at gimp.org
2. Open your internet browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.) and go to Deviantart
3. Copy and paste this link into the URL box thingy: http://sparklum.deviantart.com/art/Stam ... -186101029
4. Click on Download File, upper right. Download the file. :p
5. Double click on the file as it pops up. It will open in GIMP
6. Examine and become familiar with the layers. Don't save or create anything, just play. If you don't have the layers info box already, (I didn't) click CNTRL + L and it will pop right up.
7. Create your stamp. If you want something animated, just create the first frame.
8. Save in a .png format, click Export and Save. If your stamp is not animated, upload it to TinyPic and whala!
9. If you are animating your stamp, create every frame and save them as different photos.
10. The following is for animated stamps only- go to iaza.com and click on the orange arrow at the top.
11. Upload your first frame.
12. Look at your first frame. It will have several links underneath. Search for "Frame Animation" at the top left of all the links and click it.
13. Upload your frames in order.
14. Determine a speed and loop time.
15. Ta-da! You're 100% done!
