I would actually suggest you not PM hiccup about runner ups. Just think if your only allowed to make two JBDs but you can make x-amount of runner ups it kinda cheats the rule. But if you already have and she sai yes go for it, but I'll also be PMing her about runner ups.

She actually stated that guest artists are indeed allowed to create runnerups, as long as the user in charge of the jellybean dragon private message her asking for permission first. But, I know what you mean, ^^; it does seem a little unfair.

:O and when i said runner-ups i didnt really mean id get anything... i dont really want anything if i dont know what it is and havent gotten attached to it. i mean, if it just adds to my jbd amount, but i dont want it, then what do i do? i just meant you should say who you were seriously considering to see if i had at least caused some trouble in the judging ^^ hahah.
