Personality: He is quiet and shy, but almost everyone finds it impossible to love him! He is a true gentleman, and respects and treat everyone the way that he should. Sometimes, though, this can be his downfall. He is REALLY shy, so he doesn't have many close friends, and doesn't get out much.

Ah, I know how you feel :| That happened to me a little bit ago. I was drawing something and it was looking awesome, then my laptop was all like:

Hey, since you're in the middle of drawing something amazing and you haven't saved it yet, now looks like a good time to shut down! LOL!

It was another hot day at the house, one of those that was humid and made you want to bathe in ice. Instantly, I knew that my mother was going to send me outside to 'get some sunshine'. Why the women insisted that I go outside in the above 100 degree weather, I will never understand. The only thing I knew was, it was the best misfortune of my life.
After climbing off my sweat soaked bed and trudged down the stairs in defeat, I peeked around the stairwell wall. There she stood, one hand pressing a phone to her ear, the other stuck on her hip. Exactly how I imagined she would look. The flowery dress that was sticking to her sweaty body was rather ugly, with great big Hawii flowers printed across the fabric. Even her hair was sticking to her face, causing her to look even older then she was.
"Louise, you get out side! This is a wonderful day to go outside and get some sunshine!" Shouting to me in her raspy voice, I decided to just get it over with and obey her wishes. I wasn't going to let her know that I was following through with her order though. So, jamming my hands into my pockets, I dragged my feet across the last few carpetted steps and dropped with a loud thud onto the wood floors. She hated when I was dramatic.
A smile snaking across my face, I watched her eyes flicker with annoyance at me. The women had made a mistake marrying my father, and at the moment, I was young enough to get away with disobeying her.
"None of that now, Louise! Go on outside while I clean the house up."
I narrowed my eyes. She knew that I knew she wasn't go to do housework, and the moment the words left her lips she let streams more come out as she talked with whoever was on the other end of that phone. Fine by me. The more I was ignored, the shorter my trip outside would be.
While I hung out in that same spot, I made up my mind to just go ahead and slip outside. She wouldn't be expecting it, so why not?
Skipping to the door, I pushed on a pair of my old sneakers that were well broken in. I really did need new ones, but that would have to wait. My mind was already on the idea of what adventure I'd be taken on today, and how fast I could get back into the air conditioning.
See, when you're only twelve, the world is like that. No complications or worrying about your appearance. Those things are for older, grown up people. Like teenagers.
A little smirk now on my lips, I opened the white washed door with a shove and stepped out into the heat of the fine summer day. Sunlight spilled into my eyes causing me to squint. It was abnormally bright and happy out. For some reason the happy leeked into me and I suddenly knew what adventure I was going to have today. I would venture into the woods and look for rabbits, or deer, or maybe even a field mouse. Those things were so cute, plus they scared my step-mother half to death.
Running out onto the lawn, I quickly pulled my brown hair up into a low pony-tail. Every so often I'd trip or scrape a knee on the short, dying grass. But then I was finally at my destination. The border-line of the woods stood infront of me.
Oh boy! The trees were arched high and tall, and the tops of them were covered in thick, green leaves that blocked out all but a few rays of sunshine. It took my breath away at how amazing nature could be. Espically when it was near the house, only in our very own back yard.
I took my first catious steps into the woods, my nerves jacked way up so that every little sound made me spin around towards the house. Nothing. After I got far enough in that there was no longer any light behind me, I got a little scared. Was I going to get lost out here? Would dad come find me? He had before, but that was years ago. I'd been a little kid then, now I was a big girl. "No, I can do this myself. I don't need daddy's help." So I put my big girl panties on and delt with it.
Again taking quick, careful steps I walked into a small clearing. There were no trees here, only lush grass and just above 0% sunlight. For the second time that day, I had lost my breath. "Its- Its amazing." The words whispered from me in awe, and all I could do was stare at the clearing.
It was around then that I noticed something moving in the shadows. Was it a wolf? I'd heard about them before, they came for young children when they were lost. Did this mean I was lost? "H-hello? Wolf?" Man, I sure was stupid. One didn't simply call out to a wolf, now did they.
The movement came again, and this time I was able to catch a glimpse at the creatures tail. A soft, lemon color on something very furry. What was this creature?
I hadn't realized it, but I'd moved closer to it, and my voice was cooing at him. Yes, it was an him, not a girl. Girls didn't like to play games like this, so it had to be a boy. "Here boy, come here." Softly patting my knees, I called to him. "Want a blueberry?" I'd found them on my into the forest, so my pockets were full of them.
At the mention of the sweet berry, the creature let out a shrill shreik and darted to me. It sure wasn't shy anymore, that was for sure. He pressed his nose to my palm before continuing to lick me all over in his search for the berries.
Laughing, I had to push him away in order to get them out of my pocket. The moment he smelt them, his tongue was flicking them into his mouth at lightning speed.
Finally they were gone, and I had a chance to get a good look at him. It was the rarest of rare species, a Jelly Bean Dragon. They were intelligent and magnificent animal, doning all the best qualities. Or atleast thats what I thought. The JBD's were something I'd kill to see, and here one was, right in front of my eyes.
Its pelt reminded me of Easter colors from how soft and bright the colors were. A soft baby-blue covered its whole body, and that same lemon yellow was scattered here and there. Its under-belly was coated in the yellow color, as were the tail and paws. He had soft brown horns on his head, reminding me of a young buck. "Whats your name little guy?" I cooed to him, running a hand over his forehead. Curling my fingers around an ear I gently ruffled his fur.
"You're like a large florish," I laughed, now running both hands and arms over his back and chest, loving the feeling of his soft fur filtering through my fingers.
He responded with another shriek before nuzzling me with his long muzzle.
I had fallen in love with a Jelly Bean Dragon named Florish, and knew he would forever be mine. We would go on adventures and be inseperable. Not even my Step-mother could argue with a Jelly Bean Dragon, not when she herself couldn't find one. Everyone would have a new respect for me and Florish, and I would never have to worry about doing what I didn't want to do. The only time I didn't do what I wanted, was when Florish wanted to do something. We were Best Friends now, nothing could stop us from being that.

O.O I am efficially brainfried. Cannot believe I wrote all of this up in an hour. xD In the story it says the girl is 12, that doesn't mean I'm 12, just that that girl is. :3 Wanted to clear that up a little bit.
-Also, I'll get a picture of Florish up soon. I have a question though, is he Great dane sized, or Cow sized? :3
One other thing - I'll be gone the rest of this week and the start of next, so I probably wont be able to get online until Sunday or Monday at the the very earliest. :3
