Canaveral is the youngest in her pack , and prefers to stay close to her mother and father.She would more likely be caught as the center of attention.

Cana still has a soft side to her though.Her family is rather huge ranging from 5-20 all over the island.

Story: *I had this written in school,for a shionnix adoptable story
In the early morning,a shionnix mother gave birth to a new generation. One egg that was decorated in the traditional tribe colors.It was covered in assorted swirls and feathers. The mother was one of the alphas siblings.The egg was named Canaveral ,by the mother. She nuzzled her egg. Slowly the egg began to break apart.Rarely only one kit was born at a time. A young ,feathery female sprung from her egg and nestled her feathers near her body.

When Canaveral grew up,she was taught how to take care of her family.Her wings grew stronger,and her senses sharper.Her feathers gleamed of the sun and often blinded other animals that came by. Noticing that her wings were most colorful she celebrated and boasted .He dear father punished her to never come out from her home unless she would show some sorrow for her boasting. It was a hard task for Cana to make up for what she did.
Well eventually she had to apologize so she had to face her pack.
Males lined up waiting for her to exit the stage,and drag her away from the island. Cana was still punished for what she did and was cursed to be eternally forgotten on her island.Her time was up and she was escorted with nothing to leave the island.She wasn't coming back.The leader sent her off to live on her own.

She landed on the elemental island of the wind. To be accepted she would have to find the ''key'' or Velaine ,which included many long tasks.These tasks included flying against full wind flying to hunting. Cana was rapidly finishing the tasks,although she was tired.Her instincts were to keep going as her parents said when she was younger.The leader told her that her selfish word was cleared and she got to live in the kingdom of wind.

Name: Nadare
Pronunciation: Nah-dah-ray
Gender: Male
Personality: Nadare is elusive and enigmatic. He keeps to himself, and often drives off others. People think he is blind, but that isn't true. He lives the life of a hermit, mainly because he finds other people to be 'of lesser importance'. Nadare can be arrogant, and the few others that he allows into his life find him difficult to be around.
Story: Nadare exhaled deeply as he looked around the forest floor. He was rather at home here, despite being able to fly, Nadare preferred the safety of the ground under his feet. WIP

Name: Izgon (is-gone)
Gender: Male
Personality: Izgon is strong and confident.He is a powerful shionnix with a big heart,and sticks up for others when they need it. If his tribe/pack is in danger, he will do all he can to help.
Story: Izgon was an only egg and his mother died before he hatched. When he did hatch, he took on an independant life, thinking it was normal not having parents. One day when he was looking for food a storm started, and blew him off his feet. As he was in the air he started flapping his wings. Once he learned how to fly he flew into the storm, once the storm stopped he landded on a floating mountain. Their were other shionnixs there, so he decided to stay. Now he is fully grown, and has a nearly perfect life.(in his opinion). He is also one of the alphas in his pack/tribe.
Extras: Has sharp claws, and glowing green eyes.

Name: Shiox
Gender: Male
Personality: If I was to describe it in four words, I would say these.

Sleepy

Shiox always seems to be sleeping. it's not hard to find him pasted out somewhere. Even when he speaks, his voice is bored and tired, as if he'd rather be taking a nap. This annoys quite a few others and often gets him into trouble. Most don't realize though that Shiox's mind is set several levels ahead of them already.

Intelligent

Despite his lazy demeanor, Shiox is actually quite smart. Superb at most activities, he defies a lot of people's opinions about him.Generally, Shiox doesn't display his intelligence around for everyone to see. Some deeper level of understand within him knows that it's childish to do such a thing.

Calm

It might seem strange to say this, seeing as the first word I chose was sleepy, but Shiox really is the essence of calm. Not much can startle him, or cause him to waver. He's often been the rock for many people who have been unsure of themselves or needed a little lift. He can easily influence those around him if need be.

Kind

Not in the kind as in 'Oh look! I picked flowers for you!' but as in the kind that listen,s understands, and gives you the straight truth. Most people say they like hearing the lies, and that it's better if they handled it on their own. Shiox can easily pierce through that veil though and see the true problem. Most people are just lonely and need someone to listen, and to let them lean on them. Shiox, despite his lazy attitude, is truly a kind person.
Story:

Shiox opened his eyes halfway, gazing up at the wide blue sky as the soft breeze whipped around him. His wings were lay spread eagle and his legs off to the side. He watched as the clouds lazily spiraled through the sky, moving with the wind. He felt his heart ache. Ache for some unknown thing that called to deep within him.

He sighed and stood up, shaking his head, causing a few strays feather's to fall loose. He gazed at them with deep, sad eyes. He frowned against the feeling that ached inside him. Was it loneliness? No. Was it longing? If so, for what? He looked towards the horizon, gazing at the countless meadows and trees. That feeling tugged at him again.

Frustration arose within him and, with a powerful sweep of his wings, he lifted into the air, gliding up on the warm thermals of the air and heading towards the sky. He took deep lung full's of the clean air, relishing in it's sharp bite at the back of his throat. He glided through the air, gazing down at the world before him. It was beautiful, with various hues of green, blue, and blue everywhere.

And yet, he sensed a lurking danger within them. His fur bristled and he felt his teeth clenching together. He launched into a steep dive, the ground rushing up to meet him. Just before hitting the tops of the trees, he pulled back sharply, wincing as the sudden brake tugged painfully at his wings. He lazily drifted back towards the clouds.

WIP
Extras: Nothing in particular. Shiox loves sleeping out in the open, underneath the sun. This has caused him occasional problems, when a sudden storm might spring up out of nowhere.
