Good gravy, I love the winter doe but....I can't resist wings XDDD


I turned my head up to the sky
And tasted salt in tears I cry
My lonely heart had broke again
Shattered apart by heartless men
No person came to ease my grief
My weeping extended, never brief.

Back to that spot I came once more
Beheld a sight that shook my core.
A stag stood there, with head raised high,
Knowledge glowing, in sunlit eye.
As in a dream I walked to him
My surroundings growing ever dim.

He studied me for time untold
Within my chest my heart grew bold.
So looking at him I started to speak
But he shook his head, my words to keep.
The stag knew what I meant to say
Before it could escape to greet the day.

Tenderly he dipped his head
And in a whisper softly said
My sister why do you weep so?
Why your spirits sink so low?
Just look around, this summer eve
With beauty so near, how can you grieve?
I tell you sister, fly with me.
A world of beauty you'll surely see.

As in a dream I climbed his back
And found that I did nothing lack.
For in the sky above the trees
I saw the earth and felt the breeze.
The stag, my brother, taught to me
That grief exacts an unfair fee.

I should not stand and waste my life
Grieving over a moments strife
Instead embrace the beauty of earth
welcome its glory to living hearts hearth
So tell me friend, why do you cry?
Stay pale and gaunt, in your bed lie?
The golden stag is calling you,
To treasure life and fly life true.

He himself, he stays with me
I always find I can him see,
For he my brother, I his kin
Disgrace him when I knowingly sin,
For even the stag, of golden dew
Grows ever lonely too.

The woods are cold and dark. My warm breath turns to steam as it connects with the cool night air. I pick my way through the woods avoiding the fallen trees and rotting logs. Hear my roar as it summons the cold wind that makes even the trees shiver as it howls across the land. Feel my icy glare cold and unforgiving as it sends you scurrying away from it's frosty bite. I. Okay guys, I went and created a chat thread for everyone who wants to ask questions or just talk about anything that has to do with this thread. This is so we can keep this thread cleaner and focus on the stories, right now it's rather hard keeping track of all deer with all the rambling in between it all. |D

they do it to the strange ones
the deer that are not clones

they find them

take them off into the places of horror
places where they can make fire

and they'll wish they could be free like the fire...

they took me to a place of iron bars
put me in speed racing cars

Um... well I put one of my other deer in here, Salmon. Just search the name on this thread if you want to know all about her. Salmon wrote in the pink and was just a bit of a narrator, because I didn't want to put a person in this one.
So... we have all these amazing deer here, and most of them are pretty unrealistic, we have pinks and purples and yellows, forest scenes. It's amazing. And for the stories, they live out there like normal deer, most of the time. So I kind of wanted to write about what would happen if one of these deer was found. Well, there would be tests run on it and all that crap and it'd live in a lab for the rest of it's life. So... i don't know. I believe I've run out of muse.
Yus, I know the rhymes are a little strange... >.<

Oh goodness, thank you Concept! He is pretty much my favorite deer I have seen yet and every detail was perfect... May I name him Conquest? *has apocalypse horses on the brain*
