Nor can you purchase art from others to put in your form.' does that mean we are not allowed to color in art? I am a good artist in the real world, but not as much on here. I'm trying to learn how to control my mouse...

It means exactly as stated; coloring in is the "free lineart" part. So, no, we do not accept colored in lineart; only art you drew and colored yourself.

I have been working on my art, but I can't get my scanner to work. Any tips?

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?: I've looked at your affiliates for about an hour, and I will admit that a few popped out to me. Then, as I looked at the kennels, I saw Kennel P88 and stopped. He's exactly what I'm looking for: A canine, natural colors, and obviously sweet. I will RP with him, draw him, and use him in my story. I honestly cannot believe that I'm lucky enough that he is still here...
Personality: Knighte is extremely clever. His quick wits make him able to get out of a tough situation easily, but his height usually scares off potential predators. He is quite awkward when he is focusing on being quiet, though when he's playing he can be amazingly graceful. He is very loving and believes that he should be the center of attention at all times, and should be loved. He also is very cool about things and is usually not very impulsive. Overall, he is sweet and charming, but can sometimes be bold and loud.
Likes: Knighte likes the sound of running water, the smell of leather, and the sight of food. He also enjoys people and the attention he gives her.
Dislikes: He doesn't like high pitched noises, the smell of eggs, or the sight of cats. He also hates cars and unfriendly animals.
History/Background: Knighte was an accident. His mother was a lowly stray and knew that she was in no shape to care for a child, so she left Knighte at a doorstep of an apartment. Knighte was raised and loved by his owner, and was always being loved and cared for. But, after awhile, his owner hit bankrupt and gave Knighte to a shelter.
