Short description
The tarynis is one of the most elusive and imaginative creatures out there (plural: taryni). They hatch from small speckled eggs and grow in 3-5 days. Characterized by their ragged ears, they are very agile and usually have natural coats. However, they have a great distrust of humans. You have to persuade them to join you. If you are interested in one of these beauties, then you came to the right place. This is the only place in the world you can find them! Buried deep in the jungle, their exotic past and how they came to be is a secret that may never be known.
This is a tarynis:


Rules
1. Stories must show effort.
2. The history/story of the tarynis you are applying for must be two to three sentences minumum.
3. Follow all CS rules.
4. Be polite to all posters.
5. You can own no more than 15 taryni.
6. Please not that it is not first-come, first-serve, but the best form that receives the tarynis. So be sure to put your effort into your form.

Name and Gender of tarynis: Hestia, Girl
Characteristics:She is a very shy and quiet tarynis. She is often frightened and surprised, but she will usually give quiet, but wise and useful answers when asked questions.
Story/history: Everyone didn't want to play with her because of her bashfullness. Hestia was upset and cried all night, but the next day she got to courage to talk. "Hello, can I play with you?" she asked shyly. The tarynis she spoked to blinked in surprise, hten said, "Sure." Hestia realized talking wasn't so hard and began to speak more frequently. Though she remains quiet and shy, she is no longer the mute tarynis. She answers questions very well; she gives advices to those in trouble, and she is a loyal friend to anyone who wants to be her friend.
She grew up like that, but one day when she was growing up, there was a disaster. An earthquake struck, and many died, Hestia's friends, family. She lost her home and everything she cared for. She was horrified. She ran around, prodding and lifting debris from the ground, but found everyone she knew dead. She was the only survivor. Hestia cried day and night, but she realized she, too, would die if she stayed there. She went away, weeping, towards a valley in the horizon that seemed quite fertile and nice. Once she reached the mountains, she slept, and dreamt.
Her parents were smiling at her.
"Mother!"
"Hello, Hestia. Go on with life. Go on, we're in peace. . ."
Hestia woke up after that. But she could remember he rmother's words clearly.
she's right. I must go on living. they'd be happy; if i kept crying, they'd be disappointed and sad.
So she went around the mountain, eating and searching. One day, she finally found a group of other Tarynises!(is that right?)
"Hi," she said. "Who are you?"
"We are the Tarynis of the mountains. Who are you?" asked one.
"I'm from the plains, but everyone was killed in a giant earthquake. . ."
"My dear. Come with us, we'll give you a new home. . ."

Characteristics:Shy smart fast a little curious.
Story/history:Denita jumped into the air her wings flapping as hard as they would. She looked down to find her mother watching."I did it!"She smiled and kept flying.She flew through clouds and almost bumped into some birds. She laughed when they chirped angrily at the little thing. Denita finally landed beside her mother."I did it mom!"He mother smiled.
"Yes you did. Now we gotta get some food!"They both launched into the air and searched for food. After eating Denita decided to find a pond to bathe in. She found one after a while of searching and she jumped in. She swam for a bit then climbed out. She shook her fur and looked at the bushes. Some red eyes were staring at her!Denita screeched and jumped back. The animal jumped out and pounced on her and roared in her face.
"Why are you here?"It growled.
"I just wanted to swim."Denita whimpered.
"The names Javlen."Javlen got off and picked up the cub in its jaws. He brought Denita back to her mother and dropped her at Denita's mother's paws.After a couple of months Denita grew and grew she also became friends with Javlen. When she turned 2 her mother taught her how to hunt. Denita became a natural at hunting and often got her mother food as she aged.
"Moser!"Denita yelled at the den entrance with a rabbit in her mouth. She padded in and found her mother at the far back. She dropped the rabbit."Mom..?.."She nudged her mother. She was stiff and cold."Mom?!Mom you can't die!Mom!"She screamed. That night Denita stayed by her mothers dead body crying herself to sleep. In the morning Denita ate the rabbit she had left by her side and got up slowly careful not to wake her mother but then she remembered the night before."Dead..."Denita looked back at the cold, stiff body that lay there. She needed to find a mate and create a family. She ran out and into the woods. She ran into Javlen after a little while.
"Where's you're mother?"He asked.
"She..um..Javlen she's dead."Denita dipped her head in sorrow. Over the next few months Denita found a mate and had a few cubs. She returns to her old den every once and a while to talk to the dead carcass like she was still alive.
