I'm a big fan of your art, and the BiB too, obviously- I'm sure the designs will be epic and bright!
So I'd like to apply as an artist!
All of my art will be at least 30% better than the examples, because I got a new tablet for Christmas.

This question is probably best left to apache~ but i may just help out a little.
I think Apache is only looking for designs from her artists, i also think even if she didn't mind members submitting their designs for BIB, i think the lines used would have to be custom made. Again i'm not sure, better get into contact with apache~.
