Mutations are quite rare and happen when a sea dog swims through a harmful substance in the water,or when the parent of a sea dog eats a fish that swan through the substance and then passes that substance to its child. After its born it comes out... different. Some say that when a seadog is mutated, it often has powers that are linked to its colors and markings
This female Sea-Dog seems to be very vain and won't stop looking at her beautiful purple feathers. She looks at you with her beautuful eye then turns her back. She seems to have something strange about her, like she is casting a love spell on you.
