Yep. If you have a WoI, you're not allowed to adopt another one.

You should read the WOI page.
The litters all have FORMS you MUST create and to get the pup you have to have the BEST form out of the 5-10 ppl that enter.

Seriously PLEASE read the page before posting "can i have it?!" its common sence, nothing comes without work, especially popular things, SO PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!
