Some questions:

Can gryphons come in artificial base colors (i.e., purple, blue, etc.)? I know they can have markings in these artificial colors, to match their element, but I was wondering about the base.

Can gryphons have artificial markings (i.e. hearts, vines, wierd scribbles and lines you'd never find on a real animal)?

About the attacks:
Are these the attacks that their elemental power gives them? Or is that what the "special attack" is for? If not, what is the special attack for?

Yes, I believe so, Most of the ones made are some sort of natural looking color, but they should be okay if they have unnatural base colors.

Yes, I believe so, as long as they coincide with their element, i.e: Blue hearts for an ice Gryphon, yellow stripes for a Electric one. And so on.

Yes, they are, they are what they use to attack, and the Special Attack is something special that your gryphon can do.

Thanks Izzybee, finally finished coloring my entry. I had fun trying to find a 'psychic' inspired marking.

Hmm, Kitteh, what is your gryphon's personality and head type? I mention a few female gryphons in my intro story, you could take one of those names (they're not very feminine names, but considering how warlike this species is, I don't think that's a problem).

She's going to be a major flirt, very haughty and dangerous & revenge driven when she's angry.
She's in a stealth unit, because of her special ability.
She has the Earth element.
& She has the Barn Owl head.
